I think this race is heckuva lot easier than say, Young at Heart. I'm still having a lot of trouble on that one. This one looks easy since the Gates are all easy to reach. No annoying guards, no horses, and no annoying piles of hay. All the gates are close to each other so doing this race is no problem. Just the first gate might be problematic for those who doesn't know about the parachute trick.

Wow, a parachute. I can't tell you how many times and how many different ways I tried making it down to the first checkpoint, most of them involving holding circle and leaping like a madman.

Never occurred to me to use a damn parachute, heh. Of course, I didn't have any on me when I went to use them.

Thats becuz you first have 2 unlock it. You can by first playing the Leonardo's machines sidequest. the quest you need for the parachute is called War Plans a.k.a Bomber. this one is located in the most south part of Rome. Need 2 do that quest 2 T.T Goodluck

@qazokmmomo1 Yes, I did try to climb because I LOVE free-running in these games. It's probably my favourite aspect of the game. So I don't see how me trying to climb down, as opposed to parachuting down, makes me a bad free-runner.

i disagree. I enjoy this game way more than AC2. Combat especially. Some missions can be blood boiling but theres less than a handful. I'm glad they didnt tell you about the parachute. Thats just hand holding.

I also agree with Kelnoctis.... I think this version of AC is crap... all theyve put on here is impossible missions and things to make your blood boil. Also the stealth element of the game is much reduced compared to the previous version....you dont even need to youve the courtseans/thieves or mercenaries to complete the game... AC 2 was so much better.....btw thats for the vid...using the parachute made this mission sooooo easy, I finished it with 30 seconds to spare

@erikrulez17 Im talking about getting 100% in all missions not just "pretty much everything"... my comment was in regards to gameplay compared to the previous version... for example if we have to complete a Lair of Romulus mission in under 8 minutes it doesnt give us the time to appreciate the mission and there arent as many difficult and tricky obstacles because you have to just keep on running or youll run out of time... completing the game is easy getting 100% isnt... thats what i meant

"The stupid race missions" are the best missions in the game .... It has the feeling of being a parkourist .... and with the amazing soundtrack .... that is why this is my game of year 2010 ....
