Im not taking sides, but in my view the reason that the massacre of the troops is more well known is that there is a huge difference in bombs landing in the wrong drop zone vs. a military force mowing down enemy pow's with machine guns. Both are terribly sad events, but bombs landing in the wrong areas was more common, especially in world war I.
It was common by the American and English soldiers ethey just dropped bombs. English Pilots always flew at night and just dropped their bombs as they were told (Go and bomb that city) what happens with the city or how to find the city in the dark was never told. Americans just dropped their bombs they didn't gave a fuck what was on the ground.
Just as Artillery strikes of the Americans, they weren't accurate (not the cannons but the soldiers).
then you should watch the movie, "The Memphis Bell". becasue their mission was to take out a factory next to a school. the other people just wanted the pilot to drop the bombs, but he said, "i came hear to take out a factory not a school full of children." you shiould watch it. or maybe not, i don't know. i won't take sides.
Memphis Bell is a wrong movie. You thinked that it happened that way? He didn't flew 25 Missions as told he only flew 20. How he came home at the end in no f.cking 100 years he came home like that. When you flew to Germany, 2 missions would be counted I guess you are home fast.

there was a ceasefire in effect between the allies and russia but they werent part of them. and even if russia was part of the allies it still doesnt mean my point is invalid, and fyi, america sold weapons and arms to both axis and allies before it joined the war.and btw, russia probabaly could have defeated the nazi regiem all by its lonesome, as i just said, americans are completely self absorbed and believe whatever thier school tells them. fyi, wikipedia isnt definite facts.

Hitler was Corporal at the end of WWI, and he hated how Germany just gave up. SO he wanted to do somethiong about it, n dlook what he did. Hitler was actually a pretty smart man too. The germans are smart PERIOD.

Thank you. I know you weren't origanly talking to me, but I fought in Iraq and saw my whole squad get killed. My best friend Connor gave his life for me. I stand here today because of what they did. I will always rememeber them and what they did for me. I would have done the same thing. That last battle left me with a bullet wound in my chest. I have a scar from a knife on my face. My girlfriend dumped me because she is embarassaed of me.

Thsi is his 16 year old brother speaking in this message. My brother left again for a 2nd tour in Iraq last Wednesday. He'll be in Iraq tomorrow. He'll be at the frontlines fight on Saturday. Man I'm worried about him. people were laughing at me because somone mentioned My brother and I started crying about it. That is how worried I am about him.

You can be sure I'll be praying for him there & his troop. I'm 16 myself & the oldest, & I don't know how it feels, but can only imagine I'd be sick w/ fear if I had a sibling out in war. He's doing good. But in his letter he told me that three of his men and one girl got hit. The two guys survived but the girl didn't make it. I still don't know if the other two guys are going to be ok. I feel horrible about that girl getting hit. She was the youngest.

War isn't always wrong. its not good, but somtimes its the right thing to go to war. do you think it was a good thing that we went to war when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor? Im not taking sides, but in my view the reason that the massacre of the troops is more well known is that there is a huge difference in bombs landing in the wrong drop zone vs. a military force mowing down enemy pow's with machine guns. Both are terribly sad events, but bombs landing in the wrong areas was more common, especially in world war I.

It was common by the American and English soldiers ethey just dropped bombs. English Pilots always flew at night and just dropped their bombs as they were told (Go and bomb that city) what happens with the city or how to find the city in the dark was never told. Americans just dropped their bombs they didn't gave a fuck what was on the ground.
Just as Artillery strikes of the Americans, they weren't accurate (not the cannons but the soldiers).

then you should watch the movie, "The Memphis Bell". becasue their mission was to take out a factory next to a school. the other people just wanted the pilot to drop the bombs, but he said, "i came hear to take out a factory not a school full of children." you shiould watch it. or maybe not, i don't know. i won't take sides.

Memphis Bell is a wrong movie. You thinked that it happened that way? He didn't flew 25 Missions as told he only flew 20. How he came home at the end in no f.cking 100 years he came home like that. When you flew to Germany, 2 missions would be counted I guess you are home fast.
