  • I have one of these! It did the same d@*n thing! The instructions call for the track to be assembeld as one piece UPSIDE DOWN! Then flip it over, good luck with that, and put it on the pillars! Great concept, really bad toy engineering! (Put mine in the attic)

  • Used a track rubber first and then applyed a bit of rail zap. Lubed the Monorail it self with WD40 as per the instructions
