  • the best is russet potatoes. hes using the yukon gold. which isnt the right one.

    they made crappy fries and really greasy ones.

    they missed out the most important part which is to put them in a bowl of ice cold water for at least 30- 1 hour. (the more the better). what this does is takes out the starch in the potatoes and makes the fries more crispy and soft and fluffy in the inside. but the most important part is that it lets the fries push out the oil and not become greasy.

  • @mjprimetime23 hes in ireland though and we dont have russet over here
