  • the funny part is when you think hes gonna start, but then he tells you what he forgot to mention in the last 2:30 minutes. lol.

  • DUDE you blab alot, sorry. I need a circuit nice and quick, easy to understand but you talk so much its annoying. ow about holding up a sheet with the exercises numbered first!? Then explain an little technique issues for us to be aware of. Other than that, its very comprehensive and varied which is good. Ta

  • you talk too much

  • why does my arms fell like paralyzed when doing back squat barbell???

  • Comment removed

  • god damn man just do the circuit and shut up

  • type in "give me 4 week abs" in the searcher box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

  • too much blah blah...bored

  • less talky more worky thank you

  • What does obviously it will be more difficult for women than men. Don't mention gender because there are a lot of MEN out there that can't do 5 pull-ups or chin-ups!!!

  • @fitchicchi I know some extremely fit women that can only do about 8 or so pull ups and 15 or so chin ups. Women naturally do not have as much upper body strength as men...its just the way women are made. Most females do what is called a flexed arm hang....guys that can't do 5 chin ups or pull ups are just lazy.

  • I believe 5 x 125 would be 625 total reps. anyone care to double check my math? lol

  • SHUT UP

  • This is so spastic. you want results look up dog crapp training

  • how about you shut the fuck up and do the workout

  • Have you people ever heard of fast forwarding?

  • lol u know that not everyone is the same and it would be impossible for someone to give high intensity for 30 minutes non stop especially hitting the same muscles just wont happen

  • My god, shut up and workout!!! Your intro is amature BS

  • fugging rediculous.....dude needs to shut the fucl up and show the movements....

  • holy shit shut up and show us the workout 4 minutes to get going?

  • @regarrica

thank you for saying what I was just thinking, just fcuking do the ba5tard circuit....

  • Hmm when he says 'circuit' it means 1 round of ALL the exercises?

  • yes mate

  • I did 3 circuits (375 reps) in 26 minutes. I used my local playground while my wife and daughter played at the pool. They have a bar, a soft area for push-ups and a park bench, which was good for step-ups and declined push-ups. I found the bicycle crunches hard.

  • allright so I just did the circuit:

    3 sets

    time: 23 minutes

    Heart rate; 155 - 160 max of 166

I didn't go hardcore on it....my cardio is a bit rusty at the moment

I didn't do the 4th set...I knew i wouldn't been able to do it properly so I stoped.

notes: so the way i feel about this...this circuit works great for CARDIO, ENDURANCE & FAT BURNING

I gotta say i sweated like crazy so i'm guessing this CIRCUIT is more for Fat Burning right?

I'll keep doing it every other day.

  • Hi, how did you do it? I mean all the exercises in how many circuits? No rest in between??

  • Can somebody give me a reference for this? Something which can explain to me how it works..on a technical level.

  • It's a cardio and strength training combined. It's the best way to build functional, or athletic, strength. This is what will get you to be able to perform at your peak athletically for long periods of time.

Most people you see in the gym will pick certain days and do certain body parts. And while this does build size and strength, it doesn't build endurance and cardio.

  • outstanding workout!!!

    :)

  • this is fairly weak im afraid. Try the API 50 challenge instead - if you want a workout...

  • were do i find this anderson silva circuit?

  • I've not done "turbulence" training, per say... but what the guy deems "Iron Man Style" is what I deem regular circuit training - you can't rest if you want to increase your endurance at the maximum rate. If you're resting, IMO, you're not circuit training. I've just started a new circuit training, where I alternate days between upper and lower body circuits, with about 10 exercises per circuit. Each exercise involves doing as many exercises as possible within 30 seconds, at half max weight.

  • I'm a strength guy myself, but the circuirt training of Anderson Silva impresses me, if anyone wishes to do a worthwhile circuit I'd direct them to that.

  • Thank you. I will check him out.

  • If anyone is still reading, I thought I'd mention that after the first week of this training, I'm VERY impressed with the quality of the workouts I'm getting. I've been circuit training for a while now, but had to stop for about 4 months due to moving and injury. I'm just in the second week now, and I'm already seeing gains in my endurance, and my wife says she's noticing a difference in muscle tone. It seems odd to be seeing ANY noticeable results this quickly.

  • @Mnementh2230 Could you please refer me to the place where i can look up this kind of work outs? Thank you.

  • @iyavn Just do a google search for Circuit Training - you'll find all kinds of resources. :)

  • not 30 min! and 1st comment

  • What part of "30 minutes" don't you understand?
