Bad taste to do that in front of a prisoner but no big deal. What's really funny is when emergency responders set the mike of their dash radio or their portable radio on the seat and it gets accidentally keyed and all kinds of interesting stuff gets broadcast. One guy was summarily fired by a very pissed off chief he'd been ranting about to his partner for a long period while on patrol. Do not pass GO - DOH!
