@Elltropical ok so try the exercises on your knuckles...it its harder but will help with your wrist and do a few reps at a time so you don't put too much pressure on it... Also make sure you always have good form...wrist directly below shoulders...I hope that helps

@666noft make sure that you are postioned right... if it just makes little clicking then thats ok..mine does that but if it hurts the maybe modify it by goin on the knees for the side plank. I hope that helps

hi i did this yesterday to start my "getting back in shape" plan and is it normal that my shoulder blades are sore?or am i doing something wrong.(My abdominal area is also sore but i know theyre supposed to be, its just you didnt mention anything about my upper back being worked). Thanks :D
