I had to comment again and let you know that every time I watch your video, I have to go out and buy a box of oysters. I only wish they were as pretty as the one you are eating. Our are much smaller (as most Americans like small sized oysters...but not me) and the flesh is not as creamy looking. I think the last time I watched your video, I ate two dozen.
