@mssasquatchwatcher As mss....has explained in a criminal proceeding first charges are brought against the accused,then they are brought in front of a grand jury which stipulates whether there is enough evidence to warrant a trail and only after convicted of guilt beyond reasonable doubt can one refer to the accused as being guilty of the crime or misdemeanor...up til that point one has to say the 'alleged' kidnapper:)
