I have a problem: Gran Turismo 3 run through PCSX2 everything is ok all beginning to see the whole intro, then give the arcade mode menu and choose the race is still not okay, then it comes I'll take a race car and reads the game (loading)

Pixel shader is a specification, you cannot download this! Pixel shader 2 or 3 is supported or not by your Graphic card.

YOur Framerate is bigger , because DBZ are optimized for PCSX2 , not Gran turismo or Burnout2 ;)

Your graphic on PCSX2 should be nicer.Maybe of DX10.Penformanse is great but in GT3 lights and tiers are white.
