  • More intresting is what Lee Harvey Oswald's part was.

  • They still haven't found what they're looking for.

  • undetected?

  • My grandpa gave signals to shoot it down. no bs.

  • I like how to this day russia spys on america

  • @cutandshoottx Soviet Russia joke? :P

  • Never trust any single word coming from Americans, British and Israel or entire World of English speaking nations.

  • @micheal74rich FUCK YOU

  • @cutandshoottx British came to our country in 1940 begging for resources, out of mercy we let them stay in our country for business. Few years later, these evil British took over our country but thank God few years later we kicked out the evils British out of our land, since then evil British never look back at us.

  • @micheal74rich I like how you still are pissed at them... They have changed a lot since 1940 (I'm not british, but I have been to Britian.

  • i dont see this as having any meaning , USAF planes were shot down spying every fucking year.

  • this is why we don't use spy planes anymore. we use google earth

  • You can read some very interesting information about this incident in the hard to obtain book "The Secret Team" by L. Fletcher Prouty, a retired colonel of the U.S. Air Force, served as the chief of special operations for the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the Kennedy years. He was directly in charge of the global system designed to provide military support for the clandestine activities of the CIA.

  • Well I could listen to her charming accent for another couple of minutes before having to cut my ears off.

  • undetected my ass

  • So what's "still a mystery?"

  • that woman's bitch voice is mad annoying

  • Oh, those Russians.... (last words on Rasputin by Boney M)....

  • 1:49CAT

    DID YOU HEAR THAT

    1:49CAT

  • These u2 planes flew from pakistan air base BadhBair, due to high altitude these planes had impunity to be shoot down by misile or ussr air crafts,KGBsuccess fully sent a local tchnician to didturb altimeter, this worked usa pilots thinks he is flyin higher then the reach of ussr missile, the reality was differe,he was to low so got shot downed.

  • @shamidfdg AHAHAHAHAHA what a crock of shit! You should work for fox news

  • yep...more RT Bullshit. the U-2 could be detected dumb shits! the problem was reaching the U-2! even at the start of the story they said that tracked uit. but yet RT news says it couldn't be lol. P.S you will never see a good story about the USA on RT news

  • @Dogmeat1950 lol - I've never heard a good story about the USA on any news network... the rest of the world pretty much knows they are like a virus on the face the earth.

  • @rosswoof I can hear good stories on the BBC and several other news networks, fact is I think the USA should pull all support out of all the counties around the world and see how long it takes for the world to want the USA's help. the USA help rebuild Europe and even told the former Axis country's they don't need to pay for there war debt, the USA did the Berlin Airlift why Russian wanted to starve those German people.

USA has done more good in the world in the last 100 years then anyone else.

  • @Dogmeat1950 Keep eating that media junk food. I PROMISE you the world would rejoice if USA pulled its neck in and worried about its own affairs for a while. The BBC is a propaganda machine these days and slowly the English are waking up and wont be funding its stupidity much longer. The fact is the US is just the youngest culture on the planet and so behaves like a spoilt child. Its time will be short lived by comparison.

  • @rosswoof you do know the USA gives the most money in aid right? you do know the U.S puts the most money into the U.N right?

Sounds like your Jealous of the USA lol.

  • @rosswoof tell me, what the hell do you even do for a living?

  • @Dogmeat1950 Not that it is relevant to the topic in any way but I help people with severe back pain, emotional stress, prolonged sleep problems and terminal patients to find greater quality of life. I also teach and have written a number of books.... But assuming you weren't looking to bring this down to a personal level I don't think I have anything to be ashamed or embarrassed about there.

The US does give the most in aid and to the UN - it has a larger population and budget to do this.....

  • @rosswoof ...cont. I also recognise that American contractors benefit the most from countries they have invaded and bombed in the past 100 years (excl Vietnam which they made a mess of and pulled out early - in the same style as other invasions that went wrong - but then those failures only serve to feed a huge movie industry that effectively re-writes history anyway (so who can say who lost really) - As for the UN - they are an effective pre-invasion force that stirs up trouble it cant finish.

  • @Dogmeat1950 (USA has done more good in the world...etc.)

    I think thats a bit naive...LOL

  • @dippywatcher it has, show me a country who has given more to the world in the last 100 years? how about a country that gives more in aid then anyone else? money to the U.N. Food, etc etc. USA gives more aid to the world in return it gets very little.

  • @Dogmeat1950

Well it does depend on what you mean by "give". I'm not anti-U.S. peoples.

Also, that does give us from 1910 to 2010 to "play with".

I think some sort of "deal" gone done behind all our backs starting in the 19th century. U.S. got fiddled when they set up the Fed Reserve. (1910 or so).

But then so did the poms and Russia and Oz with WW1 (planned), ww2, etc....

I just think the elites have been cooking it and feeding it to average family and

the troops who chose or were drafted

  • @Dogmeat1950 to fight these wars, which are really all about strategic

acquisition of resources and geopolitical power / redrawing lines on maps.

I tend to blame it on the Elephants in the room; the U.N. and those who control the so-called governments of our nations.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I smell the stink of Fabian Socialism in the whole 20th century and I think it's gonna pick up pace unless the globalization trend somehow is reversed.

Self sufficient nations with quality government...

  • @Dogmeat1950

    but call me a dreamer.

I joined up to be an engineer (communications) with the RAAF

(are you getting all this, DARPA? LOL) in '81 but was so dis-illusioned

with the company I checked the facts and managed to pull an honourable discharge at own request (they wanted to keep me real bad).

Now looking back and seeing how it's all melting (not a Henry K. fan I'm afraid)

it makes me annoyed to learn more about the real ignition points of the wars...

and who lit the fuses and why. Sad

  • @Dogmeat1950

Anyway I think you'd have to measure that in per capita and subtract

war profiteering to get an honest "balance sheet".

One thing 4 sure, I'm against foreign aid full stop.

Just like any other charity it's an indirect rip-off of the people by

their government / or the "international community".

I'm oversimplifying but you get my drift, I'm sure.

    Just my opinion.

  • @dippywatcher Wow aren't you kind of selfish. there is aid groups that do a great job. also most the aid money the USA puts out is not from the government it's from the Average American person just giving money to those in need.

keep in mind even your country gets aid money from the USA, don't have to be 3rd world to get aid.

  • @Dogmeat1950

I seem that way. I'm really pretty caring and I've been homeless...

I found that charities which I always thought would give you a bed for the night

actually charge, free meals at soup kitchens are very thin soups and criminals hang out there so you can get assaulted and robbed by people you meet there.

I used to give automatically to anyone calling; now I've researched; where 95%

(that's accurate by the way) goes to "administration fees". Those charity CEO's are wealthy...

  • @Dogmeat1950 The deeper you actually look into the whole structure of society (hint: follow the money), not what is presented to you as the facade via TV, the more you discover this is very much an Alice in Wonderland world; Everything is upside down... Oh, by the way, DO WE GET AID MONEY FROM the U.S. ? You shocked me there. Show me the paperwork... Where in heck did you hear THAT one?! You poor folks are actually in debt really very very deep... to whom? (You do your own homework).
  • @Dogmeat1950

I am very happy we are having this conversation, because I didn't know

the U.S. "gives" money to Australia. I am certain it's incorrect.

In fact NAFTA and GATT have shafted the Australian farmers very hard most of my life and just now there's a new exceptionally aggressive deal being rammed down Australias throat by a consortium of corporations (pretty secret deals), which isn't even mentioned by our media (latin for middle men) nor yours

apparently. Hilary C. was just here...

  • @Dogmeat1950

I know I don't know much, but I know a lot more than just a few years ago.

Unless people do some very careful research (which is quite difficult) and / or

have remarkable bad experiences due to bad luck being targeted by professional criminals for example (that's what happened to me) they are none the wiser.

I am interested (I have no funds) in actually doing charity work.

But I've drawn the line and check out their background...

I haven't found one that is really straight, yet

  • @Dogmeat1950

But I certainly will not give up hope in the human spirit and if you were homeless,

I'd help you out. I've done it more than once. In fact what started my life in a downward spiral was helping out someone who was homeless...

it cost me very dearly indeed.

This is not the place to tell you my whole life story.

The internet is an incredibly public place...

    but THAT'S another story...

Take care, man. Pleased to talk with a member of the

armed forces. (I used to be one...)

    Peace

  • @Dogmeat1950 And USA gets aid from Asia and Europe. And the wheel keeps spinning.

  • @Shuunz USA gets aid? hahahaha, your funny.

  • @Dogmeat1950 Google this : China bails out the U.S.That's aid my humorous friend.

  • @Shuunz um...no dumb ass China just bought more into U.S Market that's not aid money that's what smart people call a Business deal. China and the U.S Economies are tied very close together.

  • @Dogmeat1950 Yeah , very togheter.China got about 15% more population than the U.S.That's 1 billion people more , producing , spending and earning. You should google more , instead of responding 2 minutes later with another clever lesson to share. While your at it , look up the defition of aid.

  • @Shuunz WOW your retarded, since when does Population count with a Economy?

80% of Jobs in China are from American Companies.

and you suck at math. "China got about 15% more population than the U.S"?

LOL the USA has about 310 million people. China about 1.2 billion

    15% of 1.2 billion = 180,000,000

I'm sorry, but here is your FAIL cookie of the day. enjoy.

and thank you for making me smile :)

  • @Dogmeat1950 "your"

    You're retarded.

  • @ohexp1oitable well explain then if not your comment is invalid

  • @Dogmeat1950 you spelled "you're" incorrectly.

  • @ohexp1oitable O NO! A want to be spelling NAZI.Don't be a spelling NAZI, unless you know how to spell.

    "you spelled "you're" incorrectly."

When starting a sentence, the first word always has a capitol letter, good job on spelling "You" wrong.

Don't ever correct me on spelling again, cause you suck just as bad.

  • @rosswoof I think thats a bit harsh and inaccurate...LOL

  • @dippywatcher Which bit was harsh? - your words are as honest as mine. You sure do type a lot though! I agree with you its sad truth about aid money and following the rabbit hole. Still, maybe with Korea kicking off we'll all be sucked into something bigger soon enough. the last remnants of communism need to fall but I agree with you also that 20th century democracy is a somewhat murky and sinister reflection. Catch you soon no doubt - I'm going to try and email Bono about his U2 spy plane fund.

  • @rosswoof Hey there! (I type a lot when I'm drunk...) Virus on face of the earth part ... hey maybe u r right??? peace! Yeah NK surprised me this morning. They're cruising 4 a bruising while thinking they're just stirring... or maybe CH is pulling USA tail...? Sad that "last remnants" of "Communism" are so powerful... but I like my ipod made in China... Do U reckon NK/SK will go bang? U and Dogmeat can type quite a bit yourselves! I enjoyed your stouch with dogmeat... LOL@ Bono and his U2!
  • @dippywatcher I was suspecting that CH & NK had been stirring lately what with CH ships close to JP waters and then NK v SK yesterday. I suspect US will step up to the mark as 'The strong ally' and find some politically acceptable reason to swell the navy in those waters most likely via Okinawa & airforce from JP mainland (Probably 'joint exercises'). Hopefully its a case of flexing muscles and testing responses - thats the game CH has been playing with JP recently. But small sparks.. Russia?

  • @rosswoof

Well, you were right on the money, eh?

I knew something was up when we got a visit from Hilary C.

I think they all get together and plan this stuff out...once a year ;-)

You're in Japan? I bet you folks are not happy...

I'm not down here either... who needs Korea going up in smoke again?

Just have to wait and see how it goes...I guess.

  • Gary Powers flew from a secret US leased base at Badaber near Peshawer, Pakistan. As a kid I had an American officer who became a regular at our house, friends with my father, really nice guy, I remember his name as Robert, last heard he was living a retired life in San Diego.

  • In 2000, Sergei Khrushchev wrote about the experience of his father, Nikita Khrushchev, in the incident. Major Mikhail Voronov, in control of a battery of anti-aircraft missiles, fired three SA-2s at the radar contact but only one ignited. It quickly rose toward the target and exploded in the air behind the U-2 but near enough to violently shake the aircraft, tearing off its long wings. At a lower altitude, Powers climbed out of the falling fuselage and parachuted to the ground.

  • My grandpa was under the command of the general who sent powers over Russia. My papa was a lieutenant colonel when it happened I think

  • долбоебы)

  • I fail to see how this is still a mystery. It's been well documented on both sides. And as far as it being a Soviet success, the fact that so much intelligence was culled prior to this point with the Soviets being impotent to stop it, and then the overwhelming success of the SR-71 in overflying the Soviet Union with complete and total impunity afterwards makes this little more than a speedbump in the Cold War spy game.

  • Russia is hiding something very evil....... -_-

  • RT = Sovjet Propaganda tv circa 2010.

  • derribaron a un avion gringo JAJAJAJJA!!!!!!

  • That's what all Latin American countries should do when the CIA flies over their skies shit!! U.S. Planes can fly anytime over Ltin Amrcan Skies but it's not the other way around, fuck with that?? CIA Planes go full of Cocaine so they keep those prisons in business...

  • The u2 was not designed to fly completely undetected. This is just more propaganda from russian-funded russiatoday.

The u2 practically had no stealth whatsoever. All it had was early radar absorbing material that was just beginning to advanced forward.

It's aerodynamics make it a HUGE radar imprint. The russians are all proud of shooting it down, which is just silly. How about our b2 which has NEVER been detected on radar-even while flying directly over migs-

  • Its all progaganda no u2 was ever shot down its funny because when spying the u2 flies at 78,000 feet and today the highest a sam can shoot is 52,000 feet

  • @steamingpoopfart

    That statement is untrue.

  • Oh really prove me wrong please.

  • Comment removed

  • prove your right

  • russian s-300 sam system max coverage altitude is 52,000 feet so a sam back then can shoot 70,000 please gtfo

  • @steamingpoopfart

S-75 Dvina (SA-2 Surface to Air) missile shot down 2 U-2's one in 60 and another during the Cuban Missile Crisis on October 27, 1962

  • @steamingpoopfart you must be high or smoking some good shit ,the incident of U2 was real happend also Garry powel was later exchanged for one high ranked Soviet spy,you can also find evidence in every libary.

    U2 never shot down lol

  • @itchyjaja wow lol

  • wtf? is wrong with americans there pissed off cause the soviets got mad for the us taking pics wow what did they excpect a candy bar?

  • Yeah, I am sure Russia never sent its spies to the US..

  • @XBionic1955 They did, lots and lots of them, your neighbor could be one of them, and I'm still here!

  • .... how is this still a mystery if the guy explained it within the first 15 secconds?

And, at least we stopped using it :D

Russia still has spyplanes in service XD

  • There is NO mystery. The Zionist controlled USA , and the Zionist controlled USSR were in secret agreement to PLAY as enemies. The Jews need to create problems to divide , conquer and dominate. The lies are propagated by The Jewish OWNED mass media !!!!

  • @WhereEaglesDareWWII

you people are so fucking annoying. Let me guess....we never landed on the moon right?

  • @andrewm153351 I'm not sure why you would believe such nonsense. I would suggest that you get an education.

  • @dirtyboy830

Really? which part is nonsense? please explain

  • The weather plane lie probably would have worked on the public had everything gone to plan - The plane was rumored to be rigged such that the pilot wouldnt survive an incident like this. What probably saved him was climbing out instead of using the ejection seat. As for learning a lesson the US were back years later with the SR-71 which fortunately for them was never shot down. And of course they're both now spying on one another equally with satellites :).

  • @1916r and what we get out of all that are those nifty sat images and maps. lol

  • I bet a trillion bucks most US-Americans watching say this:

No no...TV told us it was the Russians who started, that the russians are evil...so we believe...

    lol

  • @caleta21 where the hells my trillion bucks

  • @goddifist do you accept this lying thing has being a reality for over 100 years?

  • @caleta21 i have accepted that lying has been reality yes

i do it all the time

  • The U2 on U2-be.

    :-)

  • When american pilots drink russian vodka, sh!t happens.

  • Moral of the story? Don't trespass...oh and Beware of Dog a.k.a Russian missiles flying at your ass LOL Seriously though this mission was a bad idea from jump...who was the smart guy that came up with it?

  • @onmynyshit Dwight Eisenhower.

  • @onmynyshit You obvously dont know much about it.The usa was flying u2's over the ussr since 1956 and the soviets would send fighters and rockets after it and couldnt touch her for 4 years. The usa wanted to be sure before the meeting the the soviets were truly intendent on peace and that they were not conducting any "funny Buisness" Usually people put there guard down after a truce. We didnt trust the soviets after what they did in eastern europe (stealing land from the germans "Liberators" HA!

  • @onmynyshit "Seriously though this mission was a bad idea from jump...who was the smart guy that came up with it?"

Probably the same guys who developed the SR-71; a spy plane the Soviets were never abled to shoot down. The SR-71 owned the Soviet skies!

  • @Greed4Speed In fact SR-71 has stopped it's missions in mid-80s a little bit after a Mig-31 entered service.

It was intercepted by Foxhounds more than once the way Raptors doing to Soviet Bear bombers now.

  • Wrong! This was a provocation ahead of a US-USSR conference. Notice this was a CIA plane, not an Air Force plane. Some people in the US wanted conflict and wanted to up the tension between the US and USSR to prevent peaceful cooperation. You can read more about it here:

    ratical . org /ratville/JFK/ST/STchp20 . html

  • WOW ! CIA caught lying ! What news DUH as long as the CIA exists there will be lies!

Does anyone one have any info that CIA gave is true!

  • And here I was, thinking it was about more of Bono's antics in global economics.

  • Boeing, advertsing in upper right, IS "outsourcing" many of its computer programming jobs.

Just like Bank of "America" and Wells Fargo Bank.

Buy from American corps that retain good American jobs.

Dump IBM, HP products, and others, that have "offshored" the American economy.

  • The US still has no respect for sovereign nations airspace, nor ground for that matter - 16 CIA agents captured in Italy and sent to prison for kidnappings.

  • @clarkcolt45

    Don't forget about MK-Ultra:

    Google: Donald Ewen Cameron

    Google: Frank Olson

  • The Americans denounced the prosecution of criminal Powers as a "show trial".

Similarly, they denounced prosectuon of their imperial troops captured in Korea and Vietnam, which were as much playground for biological warfare expermients as well as blatant colonial exercises in carving up territories.

With the creation of the ICTY, the world has seen not only what the US considers a court, but how it has forced its "dumbed-down" satellites to accept lies as truth as well.

  • The CIA eats it own.

  • Comment removed

  • The American Media would have gone a crazy frenzy if a jewish pilot was shot down.If its a goyim its ok.

  • @garet300 ya no shit is it was any pilot the media would gone crazy

its cold war dude USSR vs the West

ring any bells? its what they are talking about

  • so what's the "mystery"?

  • @jryan1971

    The "mystery" is essentially:

Why was Gary Powers U2 flying low enough to get hit?

Some people think his plane was sabotaged by those who stood to make money off the cold war.

  • @bofors7715

Yeah the most credible guy on these topics, Fletcher Prouty cliams the hydrogen bottle was sabotaged such that the plane had to drop lower and was either shot down or crash landed. And the point is NOT to make money, the point is POWER and CONFLICT, meaning some people in the gov. wanted to get along and cooperate with the Soviets and while others (Dulles etc) sabotaged these efforts in order to organize the society based on the principle of an ever present foreign enemy.

  • @gosciu555

    Exactly.

The U2 incident caused the "Four Power Paris Summit" to collapse, and stopped Eisenhower and Khrushchev from working to end the cold war.

This is exactly what the CIA and defense contractors would have wanted for power and money.

Likewise, it no surprise to see these same powers creating "al-Qaeda" and the "war on terror" as soon as the Soviet Union and the cold war ended.

  • @bofors7715 I believe you are wrong, mabe you don't have pride with your own country, you know youtube.com is an american website right?

  • @bofors7715 You obvously dont know much about it.The usa was flying u2's over the ussr since 1956 and the soviets would send fighters and rockets after it and couldnt touch her for 4 years. The usa wanted to be sure before the meeting the the soviets were truly intendent on peace and that they were not conducting any "funny Buisness" Usually people put there guard down after a truce. We didnt trust the soviets after what they did in eastern europe (stealing land from the germans "Liberators" HA!

  • @meronmotors "We didnt trust the soviets after what they did in eastern europe (stealing land from the germans "Liberators" HA!"

Russia Today are nothing more than a Russian sympathizers and a propaganda website. They try to justify Soviet history by making them look like victims, but fail to mention why the U2 incident happen. I'm sure Poland didn't forget about the Kurapaty Massacre.

  • oh geez.. i hate her accent. it sounds horrible!

  • ...until they get Caught doing it. It was everything we could do to compete with the nuclear Sputniks. We were not the instigators...

  • OMFG. The woman narrating the story possesses the most horrible accent.

  • He's wearing St. George ribbon :)

  • american government caught lying ..no way never.... pigs..

  • Ahh, the good ol' weather ballon/plane excuse! Gotta love it!

  • You Tube ...

"CANCER-GATE - The Rick Simpson Story"

    &

Why hasn't The U.S. National Cancer Institute tested Rick Simpson's Cancer Cure Hemp Oil. Is it lack of personnel (2,100 staff members) or limited financial support (2010 budget of $5.1 Billion dollars)!

  • @EssiacHempLaetrile "Why hasn't The U.S. National Cancer Institute tested Rick Simpson's Cancer Cure Hemp Oil"

Not to worry....I have been testing it for about 25 years now.....It works fine....I do NOT have cancer.....LOL...As a matter of fact the cancer institute has found that heavy weed smokers have a much lower rate of throat and neck cancers than non smokers of anything! So...they "are" workin on it....somewhat.

  • americans always lie

  • @Globox822 So do you.

  • Comment removed

  • @Globox822 Well, your just a big bucket of hatred aren't you. I would rather be a liar than a full fledged bigot.

  • us goverment lying and spreading missinfomation. seems like not too much changed in the last 50 years ^.^

well but then all goverments lie at any opportunity

  • @happosai27 Ya know...I would have thought that the U-2 plane which is much faster than a 767, would have crashed into the ground, making a 15 to 20 foot hole...into which it would have vaporized leaving no parts, engines, seats or fuselage. And now it looks to me like even after that horrific crash, the Soviets still had almost a complete plane. Hmmm...I guess that only happens in Pennsylvania. Must be the type of soil.

  • Comment removed

  • @amzuel420 NO! it's NOT the soil, it's the grass on the ground, haven't you heard of "Crop Circles"? The UFOs? YES IT WAS DUE TO A UFO!!! wink wink you idiot! Sarcasm of course, please don't mind. 1 second ago

  • @amzuel420

oh you are one of these crazy conspiracy nuts which think some people in the goverment and israel did 9/11 so the dirty goyim would fight israels enemies in the middle east? D: i totally agree with you on that. its fishy and stinks to heaven. some cavemen from afghanistan could never have wired the wtc towers for demolition

  • @happosai27 Let me ask you something...Einstein...Did I start off calling anyone names? No I didn't because unlike you I have invested some time into learning some social skills. You should try that sometime.

  • @amzuel420

im one too :D i dont care what the media calls us good thinking people

  • @happosai27 I have to admit...I might not have answered that reply with so much benevolence...LOL...I just had the dumbest conversation with a so-called debunker...and your comment just kinda rubbed me wrong before I got to line 2....LOL...I should make it a point to read the whole comment before I take of with out my brain engaged....LOL...Good come back!

  • @amzuel420

lol dont worry. i do that all the time

first " oh ja the evil antisemitic holocaust denying muslim terrorist nazi haters" and then "thats what the zionists would say about this or that guy" just as example. works pretty well xD

  • @happosai27 Ya know somethin funny? A guy from a demo place joked, "We're not gonna use explosives anymore...we're just gonna set em on fire" (in regards to the 3 bldgs falling) Later he mentioned the U-2 plane that got shot down and the Soviets getting all the secret technology. I said, "Maybe they should have used a 767. Then the Ruskies wouldn't have gotten any secrets because it would have vaporized into to a small hole in the ground and that woulda been that"...He said "Touche'..."LOL

  • @amzuel420

Good comments, haha, they should just use 767 as spy planes from now on, they will magically sink into underground "mines" and disappear, melt, never to be found again!

  • @gosciu555 LOL

  • @happosai27

You have no evidence the US government staged 9/11....

    The US government never lies....

Blah, blah, blah..... you conspiracy nut.

    (.... just kidding!).
