how to get mods:

step 1: have a computer strong enough to atleast handle the game at medium with no lag

step 2: have the PC version of gta4 ( NOT ANY CONSOLE, MODS DO NOT WORK ON THEM)

step 3: google for a gta(4) modding website

step 4: download sparkIV (google it)

step 5: go to model and open the vehicle.img with spark and install the mod ( tutorials are available all over youtube)

if sparkIV fails to start try openIV

Step 6: if you failed at any step upper, it is recommended to ragequit or QQ.
