You don't have to cook it, simply wash it abit and get something heavy to hold it down (a little spoon should do the trick).

My pleco just got his eye eaten off by my Oscar and I need to know if he will be okay without an eye. I took him out and he seems fine and okay but I'm still worried alot. Someone plz awnser asap

@KiLLerNinja131 it will normally take a lot more than that to kill a plec unless it gets infected so just maintain a healthy set up at least until it heals dont add chems for open wounds though dont know if that would do more damage than good for him.

Plecos are territorial. The fact your plecos were attacking each other becouse of it. But good video overall. I just wouldn't put more than 1 Pleco in a tank myself.

well L numbers vary abit, most of my fish are 40 euro each, but if your in the usa I think they are much cheaper.

I live here in England. I went to my nearest aquatics shop last saturday and the owner of the shop had a pleco which was £9.99 but I can imagine your Pleco's as being a bit more expensive...

you must look out with that, theres what we call a common pleco for sale in almost every living fish store, and they can grow up to 50cm!! just google that name for pictures of it.

Hmm yeah, the guy where I shop at also deals with economy (large) size fish ei; Oscars, Gaint Gourami, Green Terrors and he did have a very large Pleco fish that must have been 18 inches long!

I'm a novice fishkeeper at the moment and I would like to progress to a three foot tank which i presume would be large enough for a Pleco?

hi mate i know this was months ago but a 3 footer i great for a common plec im actuly getting a 55 gallon tank for from an upgrade from a 10gallon.... i have two plecos at the mo but getting more well when i say more i meed about 20 more no joke! im planing to setup a breeding tank for bristles and my mollies :) hope you have the pleco

Hello there, I haven't got my 3 foot tank but I'm seriously considering. The reason I want a three foot is because I would like to keep Angelfish but have a Pleco as a bottom dweller. At the present moment I have an 18 inch clear-seal fish tank with 9 tetras, four mollies of various sizes and three 'Panda' corydoras but I think the tank is too small for Mollies.

erm is the tank filtered and heated if both its fine are you planing to breed angels or just keep them if breeding i will make a video for you or something else just ask me :))

I haven't bought a three foot tank yet because I'm not sure where I would put it. With my 18 inch tank I have a Tetra-Tec heater and an Eheim single cannister filter. I would like to see a video of Angelfish if you have any. Cheers!

it depends, some specias are vegetables eaters, they eat cucumber, zuchinni, try some algae waffers you can buy in the store, or bloodworms, artemia, that kind of stuff.
