So far all I have heard from Paul is rhetoric. Lets see what he actually does now that he has oversight of the fed. I still am troubled by his duplicity regarding earmarks. He claims to have never voted for any unconstitutional spending, but he has introduced it. Even though he votes against, if it passes, as the author, he is responsible. It's just another example of a politician playing both side against the taxpayer.

@hc67736 It isn't duplicity, it is principle. He votes against all these spending bills that are not first paided for. But then if they get passed, as they unfortunately often do, he then argues that the money should be allocated i.e. earmarked by the legislative branch, not by the executive branch. His is his constitutional side coming out. It is a principled stand. It should be noted that Sen. Rand Paul, his son, disagrees with him on this.
