Seems like the only difference between and the Xperia S is the screen size (4.3 vs 4.6) which means the pixel density for the S will be AMAZING! If I weren't a Samsung guy I would go for the S, definitely over the Ion at this point.

@LockeEternal Both screens still reach retina display levels which means the S is wasted more than the Ion. Also you forget the ion has expandable memory with a micro SD slot, the S does not.

@SlaughterTurtles the big important differences between them are the processor..the ion have dual core processor while the arc s is just single core..the camera..the ion comes with 12mp i guess HD video (1080) unlike xperia's before just 720 hd..^^

Dont think it will get ICS soon sadly, EU version launch with ICS with NFC, and this copy only got gingerbread, and the buttons are 4 here, EU version only got three, more design for the ICS. It will take a lot effort to customize the ICS to use that extra buttons into the ICS system, and sony usually take long time for system update already as we know from the X10...
