I wasn't talking about the song, I think it's a great video/song. However, I DO think it's important to know exactly which drug it was that took the life of the beautiful, talented Gia. It was actually AIDS that killed her, but intravenous heroin use is how she contracted it. It's important for people to realize exactly what it was that she was addicted to considering that it was such a HUGE part of her life/movie & also people need to be aware of the negative effects it has on your mind/body.

It is heroin that she was addicted to. It does matter what drug she was addicted to. Heroin addiction is a world different from cocaine addiction. When you shoot cocaine you dont knod off. The movie displays the terrible ruin of a wonderful person due to heroin addiction, it also showed the agonizing physical and mental withdrawl your body has from heroin...as it depicts in the the scene where she is in the treatment facility and at the methadone clinic. Great little film though!

@jeniliop Well, Gia died from the herions needle, not really the Heroin, as much. The needle was infected with A.I.D.S. and she died of that. But it was still a tragic death & there will never be a supermodel as good as Gia <3
