  • Saw one go for 40 thousand once at auction, 15 thou is a steal.

  • This sold for $11,000 about 2 weeks after this video posted over 2 years ago. Sounds to me like most of you aren't very in tune with what "current market conditions" in these are with good miles and solid bodies. If you guys have all these nicer ones for less money, I'll buy them all. I put my $ where my mouth is rather than hiding behind a keyboard! hehe

  • a wagoneer for 15 grand? I bet it's still on his lot

  • Damn!

The engine runs SUPER silent, what a great jeep :)

If you can't her it then it is well made.

I like those good old Jeeps.

  • If you like shag carpeting!

  • That really is a beauty, I've really been looking around for something like this.

  • is it imaculate?

  • $15K on a stock '85 Grand Wagoneer? HA! Then again, if someone wanted it that bad....they're not bad vehicles once modded slightly(brother-in-law has one with a warmed-over 401), but just typical fit/durability issues common with all makes built during that time. They look pretty good with the old 1960's Gladiator grille and headlight swap, eliminates the cheap plastic grille and square headlights.

  • I would never spend $15,000 on a car with 115k miles, rust, and tape on it.

  • Cool Jeep. I had an '81 and the worst thing about it was the crummy A/C. Just like this one, the controls/vents were tacked on as an afterthought, and your kneecaps stayed cold with no air for your face or the rear passengers.

  • with 115k miles its for $15000 dollars? too much

  • @flybikes90 Check around. One in excellent condition will go for even more. They've become collectors cars in the last few years.

  • You guys want to by one that makes that one look sick? Keep looking on ebay. Mine puts that one to shame. I had to look for one about four years. If that one is worth 11k mine is 25-30k easy.

  • Yay chime!

  • No rust? Pause the vid at about 1:40 when he's getting under the truck. Wagoneers are notoriuos for the frame rusting out between the fuel tank and frame. The frame is not only rusted through but someone hacked a piece of metal on the fram and it's rusted out too. Buyer beware, IMHO, this guy either doesn't squat about cars or is a hack. Talk to a Professional mechanic before you touch this pig.

  • @48238 and the cab mounts...

  • If you get a Cherokee in leather, you get the chime on it.

  • guaranteed, there's rust somewhere...most likely hidden under the woodgrain sticker somewhere. Other than that....pretty nice condition.

  • wow is in very beautiful shape

  • That Waggy is in nice shape but in no way is it mint.

  • bendix sticks

  • Still for sale?

  • that body bushing looks nasty!

  • mustang...being that it sold for $11k, I think $4k would cover the cost of a new grill and various other things. Wagonmaster is one of the biggest scams in the car biz today. They would be asking over $20k for one in this condition...I spoke with the guy at wagonmaster in the past and he was bragging about how much profit he makes on these things and how little he actually does on these "restorations"...Was very arrogant and smug about it...I wouldn't recommend anyone using him.

  • shady used car dealers use words like "mint" to discribe cars and then tell you theres tape on the grill... note the typical used car dealer black paint over the rust on the under side... some type of warning light on the dash.... Id buy from wagonmasterDOTcom before dropping 15k on this one... but to each his own

  • beautiful ride

  • if you pause at 1:39 you an see the frame rust

  • Thanks sandman! Sold for $200 less than asking price 1 year ago and it is now in the Netherlands with its proud, new owner. ;)

  • It is a beautiful example. One of the best I have ever saw. Good luck getting that asking price though.

  • At 6:32 what is that light on the dash indicate?

  • if i had a nickel for every time he said "immaculate".... haha sweet waggy though

  • wonderful condition

  • Nice looking rig.

  • That's insane how before you said your location I was thinking that you had to be in Carolina somewhere. The foothills/piedmont just have a really unique look compared to anywhere else in the USA.

  • nice!

  • Still for sale? if so how much?
