  • Markus is fired up and very inspiring. I heard of this DVD set, but am glad to find the author. Thank you very much for posting.

  • hi Markus, I was curious as to how you believe you improved your eye sight. I didnt think you were able to improve eyesight once you lost it.

  • selling a good message and make money off is far better than selling cruelty or cigs , there is nothin wrong with money, it is what we use it for that counts

  • God, what a snake oil salesman! Go to isohunt.com and download for free those DVDs. They are very overrated. A much better fouraging/wild food DVD is the one by the Healing Patch. I have them both and the healing patch DVD is shorter, but BY FAR superior.

  • @ThomasDeanNordlum I think we should support him.

  • @TheGraceofChrist watch his DVD series and read his two ''books'' (I did) and decide for yourself. He didn't say anything that he hadn't already said on these free videos. Anyway, I get what you say about buying them, and I do that, but when I spent 125$ on this, I felt cheated because it's really not well done, content-wise. Tons of errors in his books too and he just repeats the same thing over and over. I no longer believe raw foods to be the solution for all.

  • @ThomasDeanNordlum Well, sounds like you're speaking from experience. I have a rare disease and animal products have found to be at the root of it.

  • @TheGraceofChrist my personal opinion is that there is no 'one size fits all' for diet. I think raw foods and veganism may be good for a six month or year period as detox, but for long term, I think one should consider HIGH QUALITY, pasture raised, grass fed, local meat and dairy products along with plenty of fresh vegetables and plenty of exercise, like swiming is what I do. Bonne chance.

  • @ThomasDeanNordlum Like I said, the disease I have is caused by animal products so I'll never be able to eat them again. I feel much better now that I'm off animal products. I believe our animal products have to be freshly killed to prevent rigamortis even if it's hormone free, antibiotic free, stress hormone free, truly grass fed (if it isn't labeled 100% grass fed it's not). Meat, much like produce has to be fresh to be healthy for anyone, just my humble take on the matter. Thank you though.

  • I am very grateful that my city has stopped pesticide use. | can't wait for spring to go looking for weeds:)

  • I agree with alot of what Markus says..a lot of it is actually Biblical..for those not in the know..but come on Markus..you sell your DVDs for $60. People have to pay their rent. I do not condemn anyone for making an honest living...you have to make one, I have to make one..people are giving up their power by not paying attention to what they are buying. Power is in the purchase!

  • @giddymoon Markus has to pay his rent too though

  • Your video is linked to Frank Cook a herbalist who died from a parasitesomewhere in the rainforest. So if i follow markus words. Frank was so weak that god selectedhim to to get away. Or in other words that Frank was surely attracting theparasite who killed him. Frank cook spendthe last time drumming with his friends.im sure if he would decided to get more on a raw food diet. cut hishair and get more detox and clean vibes he had surived this probably. maybe we also decide to die.

  • Markus is into self-sufficiency. That is his strong point.

He is aware that survival is contingent upon being extremely independent.

He uses solar energy in his home and he is promoting food foraging and growing your own food. etc..etc ..

  • Anyone who is not selling products but selling information to help people to live off the land and learn about wellness from wild foods is a brilliant health activist.

I think that Markus is really doing a great work to help the world.

  • @peoniesfleur Agreed. People just want to be in his space, eh! I also like Dr. Robert Cassar's energies, but he sells too much of the exotic stuff. Keep it simple. Although I do love some of that exotic stuff, but it's not a staple diet. He does have a good bulk price on blue green algae at his EarthShift website.

All the raw foodists who daily take green smoothies are sooooo vibrant and happy -- I just want to be around them. They almost all do some sort of clearing work too.

  • @ckpeltomaa I am so euphoric, and dont' care if dr. bass is looking as good as so and so. I is not good to compare people online and in public. It is rude behavior.

happy people don't make comparsions between other humans in a public place.

You are a very unhappy person, unhealthy. I am super high on life and don't care what other people are doing with their health or diet.

  • I admit I'm skeptical on the vision part

  • @xJustynLx Organ meat is great for vision. Free range and organic organ meat...rare cooked or raw

It is great for your health and eyesight...also RAW food and sprouted food will improve vision and daily exercise.

  • @peoniesfleur

Spare me the paleo bs. He's clearly raw VEGAN.

  • @xJustynLx I am on a Neolithic diet. I am not on a paleo diet.

I know about nutrition, so does Dr. Stanley Bass and Bernando who is 115 years old. They eat animal food. They are raw foodists but not extreme into raw foodism as neurosis.

I am extremely healthy and hike two hours a day. I have tons of energy and I just feel incredible.

I love Markus who instructs people about wild food but I believe in the teaching of Dr. Stanley Bass as far as nutrition.I'm euphoric and he is 94 yrs old.

  • @peoniesfleur

    I'll keep to Dr Graham's 80 10 10, thank you very much.

    Eyeballs. Really?

  • @xJustynLx You sound so unhappy with your sarcastic comments. You are not comfortable in your own skin about your diet and that is why you insult people.

I am flying high on life and I have studied nutrition with an opened mind for many years.

  • @peoniesfleur

If you had an open mind you wouldn't be trying to shove eyeballs down people's throats arbitrarily.

  • @xJustynLx I didn't shove anythingn down anyone's throats. I started out writing one comment about Organ meat that is free range and it is high in Fat soluable Vitamin A.

That is all I said, and you started insulting me about how it is BS. I didn't insult you or shove anything down your throat. I am just posting comments. If I were to shove it down your throat, I would come over yoru house and phsyically pin your down and shove the organ meat in your mouth.

You are off the wall. You are rude.

  • @xJustynLx Organ meat is a very unpopular superfood. It is high in fat soluable vitamin A something you can only get from animal food. kale has beta carotene. It converts into fat soluable vitamin A but it is not that potent. Also organ meat is not sold at most healthfood stores, because the people know nothing about nutrition.

Healthfood stores are not in the real health industry. Any person who really knows about health would be talking about Organ meat and raw cold smoked wild salmon.

  • @peoniesfleur

So clearly Markus doesn't know anything by your case.

Meat is gross, does not match human physiology, and is the result of a cruel practice that has no place is modern society. I'm not going to eat the eyes of another living thing just because somebody told me it will make MINE better.

    Last post, troll harder. gbye.

  • @xJustynLx You may think it is cruel and gross, but it is also healthy for your body and it builds your health.

People who are alpha male and alpha female would go after the organ meat because they have the strongest will to survive. Some people are Beta females and Beta males. They are more apt to become vegan because they do not have a strong will to survive. Alpha males in nature go right for the organ meats.

  • @peoniesfleur I like some sashimi raw fishies, but the more mind-clearing work I do the less I need to eat meats, plus good clean raw meats are just darned hard to find. I'm doing just fine, even better, in my body and my clearing work now that I've switched to relying heavily on blue green algae and spirulina as my morning green smoothies. In the winter we can't pick greens, so this gets us through winter. Load up on the dark greens and accent with fruits and other veggies, simply put.

  • @peoniesfleur Would not blue green algae and spirulina provide same plus more? Plus, it can be ordered off internet. I don't have access to good clean organ meats here where I live. Price of gasoline makes internet orderiing more economical. Plus blue green algae has a 3-years shelf life, so I order in bulk.

When I saw what the beautiful swans eat I decided to see if similar diet might be excellent for me. Never felt better, except when I do hot/cold saunas at the gym, wow!!

  • @ckpeltomaa Blue green algae is fantastic and so is chlorella. However, I have read that RAW KALE is higher in micro-nutrients of some kind. It is not as high in protein as Spirulina and Blue Green Algae.

Organ meat that is free range is superfood galore. You could get a hunting license and get your deer liver that way. I believe in self-sufficency anyway. I also believe in learning how to forage for wild food.

Co-enzyme Q 10 is not that high in plant food including micro-algaes.

  • @peoniesfleur Dr. Stanley Bass is just an old man with good genetics and some okay dietary practices, like moderation. Look on youtube at the elderly raw foodists and see what a difference in muscle tone and energies and vibrancy. Look at Dr. Robert Cassar. Would you rather be like him or like Dr. S. Bass? My money is on the ones who drink their green smoothies every day and still kick up their heels like young colts. Thank you, Markus for setting a great example.

  • @ckpeltomaa Dr. Cassar is not 93. Dr. Bass is. I don't want to insult Dr. Cassar so I won't.

You are disrespectful to older people. You just said that Dr. Bass is JUST and old man. Well, YOU are JUST an unhappy person who has insult others to make yourself feel good about yourself. I am super happy. So is Dr. Bass, something you are not. Dr.. Cassar is 59 years old and Dr. Bass said that for years he was on the wrong track with his diet. Dr. bass is a brilliant man. You are JUST unhappy.

  • Cant watch with all the traffic noise in the background .... :|

  • living in the jungle rocks. You CAN free the food! I've done it & it's totally possible. =) Love it.

  • Raw food is the real deal and Markus Rothkranz is RAWSOME, yep eating this way makes you have great energy and health and vitality, learn learn learn, get away from the deadly agrivulturists...who profits from your diet?? NOT you not me.

  • I like his statement that fear is essentially ignorance.

  • 52

  • FUN video but i am not going to pick and eat wild weeds growing in cracks of sidewalks in suburbs or cities. who knows what or whom stepped, peed or rolled over that weed and what was on the bottom of their feet or wheels

  • however!!! cacao IS the best <3 eventho i am truly in love with wild weeds <3 :D

ps. @hardsixteenyeah no one is a true omnivore. try again and again and again. Parasites in your body are making you crave the foods you are thinking you desire/need. It's not even you. It's called 'parasite consciousness'. and of course you won't last long on veg and fruit and dark green leaves if you already made your mind up that you won't :)

  • @JuicyRawLove Ijust don't know who believe to. I don't believe in convencional medicine but I'm not sure at all about what Markus is trying to say to us.It's complicated. I'd really like to know the THRUE.

  • @JuicyRawLove, suppose you went to live out in the wild, could you live without fire and animals for food? Is that an indication of true nature?

  • Does this diet make you talk a lot ? :-)))

  • @AJSwisgirl Ha, ha, ha! Funny observation. I'm not sure if Markus will be totally honest with us, but I think he has a lot of information to share. I'd all this was true. It will be great.

  • @hardsixteenyeah You cannot live on vegs and fruits, I tried it and lasted 2 days. I am a true omnivore :-))

  • I read his book not thoroughly but enough to convince me. What he says its very true.

  • wow your awesome thank you. Truth.

  • Viva Raw food and Marijuana!

  • What an awesome vid! Thanks for sharing!

  • That kind of hairstyle is touching

  • Mark is GREAT!!

  • there is no nature around to pick up anything

  • I love Markus. His ebook is awesome. Plus he is the living proof of walking your talk.

  • this guy talks too much

  • good point!!

  • I love Markus

  • It aint about money! You dont need to go to the store to buy it! Just buy my 9dvd set and you will know all!!

    ..hmm.

Seriously tho, I dig this guy. :). He got the vibe.

Also, big up on the first event, Q.. The photos looked fantastic. Much much love to you and the family! xoxoxo.

  • wut if a deer peed on my dandy lion ........hmmm.

  • did this video just change my life?! cool stuff to know!

  • why all the God talk? ugh

  • @supersocco

    @supersocco

lol, yes but with the food thing at least imo he is dead right - although not appropriate for all people at the time - it is not YOU who choose what to

    eat neither ANYTHING ELSE :)

  • @janius777 "it is not YOU who choose what to

eat neither ANYTHING ELSE" Huh? what the (there is no) hell does that mean?

  • Why not?

  • wow-what a powerful message about balance and the nature of the universe! Thanks for this amazing vid!

  • Makus is great! ;D

  • i've faved this vid in hopes more ppl listen and learn. Message true from the heart. Message is truth in being.

Thank you Markus and Kiumars for posting this video. This is how I have lived my lifestyle for years. It definitely works!!! It's a difficult lifestyle choice because we are surrounded by junk food....junk in everything. Junk in minds and bodies and people are programed to think that is the way it "is" .

  • I remember reading Dirk Benedict's book, Kamikaze Cowboy in like 1993. He ate many weeds when he was macrobiotic and trying to heal from cancer (and he did)...and I went out on my farm and ate burdock root, wild onions, and dandelions after that :D Markus ROCKS! I am glad someone is getting the message out!

  • Markus is the best. He inspired me to give this raw food thing another go a few years back.

  • I just bought free food and medicine this morning! hehe. I heard about it first from penni shelton's raw food rehab.. =^-^=
