Absolutely awesome hair, beautiful and intelligent woman, may I add that the new moon is an excellent time to mark your dedication to having mermaid hair, long and healthy and wild. I started using msm it is a sulfur, I just add a teaspoon to my freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning and just after three days my nails became harder, sulfur is needed to absorb iron properly. do some research, and I strongly suggest to eat virgin coconut oil,- do some research on that.too.~

split ends prevents hair from getting long becuase ur ends break off...so u grow a centimeter at th e top then the bottom centimeter breaks off leaving you with no growth.

Lol, yes your hair grows from the top not bottom, but split ends= dry, brittle hair= breakage. So even though it doesn't grow from the bottom, it BREAKS from the bottom. Personal experience and that of many friends proves this to me at least. Also after having my hair lightened and getting super damaged, I had split ends and got "It's a 10" products which didn't "glue" my split ends back together, but strengthened my hair and stopped the split from going higher, so it actually did mend my hair.

Asian hair is the best- Is naturally strong and does not need a lot of crap for it to grow. For every 3 strands of regular non asian hair the asian has the thickness of 3 strands per strand.

TIPS: vitamin b complex and biotin, working out regularly, eating good, natural shampoo/ conditioner, thats what i do for my hair, the natural shampoo doesnt make it grow any differently, but it makes my hair softer because of no chemicals i'd say. just some tips. coconut oil for softness and shine, but wash it out after a day or so or it can make ur hair fall out in some cases

trimming gives the illusion of faster growth because un-removed damage (splits and such) travels up the hair shaft before breaking off on its own; if you cut it off, it just falls off where you cut it, instead of falling off higher up.

I used to have that kind of length of hair (or at least somewhere around there), till I cut it... for cancer. :D

@DarkShootingStarx It won't grow more when you cut it, but if you don't cut of dead ends, your hair will break of , so then it won't grow as much as it would when you do actually cut of your dead ends.
