@IrishEnglishCanadian It does make sense though. Ultron's previous body got destroyed by Hulk because his beams had zero effect on the Hulk. Every time Ultron uploads his AI in a different body, he adapts to avoid making previous mistakes. In this case, he learned how to reverse the Hulk's transformation, probably by nullifying the gamma radiation that surrounds the Hulk, which he needs to remain in Hulk form. That's my guess anyway.

@wakojako49 They already have a rip off of a rip off of him.  Hawkeye is Marvel's version of Green Arrow (with a couple of tweaks) who is a rip off of Batman. Of course the characters have become their own and aren't all that similar any more, but that is how they originated.

@25NGL They always make super-powered heroes weaker in cartoons or movies (except for Spider-man, he seems to be the perfect level of super-human for these people), otherwise they'd have to animate DBZ-levels of destruction every episode. Look at Superman TAS and how weak they made him.

Just stay within the box of the adventure in which main heroes of the story are the only ones who can save the day...in this series it's the Avengers.
