  • maybe she has a bad form, but the point is she can do all those elements in the bars routine! and those things aren't easy to do as to watch. They are DIFFICULT! so please be considerate, ok? :) btw, that dismount is wonderful! :P

  • Everyone who is saying she sucks are being really immature. Level 9 is really hard and I know because I am a Level 9! At least she is trying and doing her best! There are WAY better things to do then tell people they suck, especially over the internet!

  • i had to use powdered hand gloves to protect from geting callouses and blisters when on uneven bars!

  • Listen girls, I am a coach and a judge and I have to tell you how appalled I am at your lack of compassion and sportsmanship. A big part of gymnastics is about respect and sportsmanship ( there is even a .2 deduction for unsportsmanship like behavior). No one is perfect and as long as this gymanst is enjoying herself and working to the best of her ability good for her. For all of you sticking for her good for you.

SHES A LEVEL 9 shes suppost to be clean,not sloppy.im a level 9 too and she sucks,BADLY .she had no power at the beginning.alot of bent knees,and she stopped which is ALOT OF DEDUCTION and i bet your not even in gymnastics so dont even say SHIT cus shes not good

Somebody who sucks deffinatley cannot perform those skills. Stop being a prick and get your attitude in check, becuase your being inconsiderate and just plain rude.

  • I liked this routine! You all need to lay off jeeze! It's not as easy as it looks and girl u did pretty darn good. Yea there were flaws, but nobody can do a perfect routine! And it is very hard transitioning from the high and low bar, especially with the relese moves u did. :) good job and keep up the good work!

  • I think you did a great job!! Pak is a hard skill to master. Most people don't understand or appreciate the time and sacrifice it takes to do those skills. hang in there!

  • Not to be mean or anything, but an "off day" means, "Oh shoot, I didn't quite get to handstand on my free hip", or, "I missed the bar on my release move". It doesn't mean bent legs on kips and giants, flexed feet, and legs coming apart throughout the routine. These things happen because you don't have good form. It has nothing to do with and "off day". I've been involved in gymnastics for 10 years, so I know what good and bad form is. This is bad form! I'm just being honest.

  • @GGNFan8894 umm how do you know what her bad and good days are? everyone has different good and bad days.

  • Needs lots of work. Bent legs on giants and release, rolling up to handstand, not a good toe point, and leg separation throughout. Good bar coaching is the hardest thing to find and bars is the hardest event to be good at, too.

  • this was an off day, trust me, her pak is normally perfect along with her form

  • She needs to work on her form-legs straight and I don't know if she usually hits it but her transition move from high bar to low bar also needs some work.
