Hmm, once again lay claim? They never HAD any claim. They still do not. A primary is not the general. They might have voted for the governor, but he is for low taxes, smaller government, and the 2nd amendment. These are the three issues that Obama is the opposite of. A massive overreaching government (nanny state), giant increase in taxes for ALL working Americans, and banning of probably 75% of guns. Obama is no Schweitzer, or Tester.

You have no idea what you're talking about, under Obama's Tax proposal over 90% of the population would pay less taxes then under McCain's tax proposal. The only people paying more taxes would be people making over $200,000 a year.

umm, actually, for much of Montana's history the Democrats tended to win most of the elections. It's only been the last 20 years that republicans have been electorally successful.
