I love Cardiff! It IS a pity that the Welsh language isn't to be heard AS OFTEN as in the north, where I live, but whenever I go to Caerdydd I always hear Welsh being spoken every couple of minutes, therefore, Welsh is definitely not dead in Cardiff. It is good that Cardiff is building a new Welsh secondary school, it will relieve the strain of Plas Mawr and Glantaf a tad more I would think.
