@sheslikeamelody A pom squad is a dance team that performs during pregame and half time at football and basketball games. Many of our dances are performed with poms as seen in this video. Other pom dance styles include kicks, lyrical and hip hop (these are performed without poms). Pom/dance is a year round sport promoting school spirit and we competes against other pom squads for state championship. I hope this answer your question. Thanks for watching our videos! :)
