@southtexasatlatl Tell me more about atlatls I make them with dog wood and river cane, with goose fletching. do u know anyone that has killed a deer with one? Ive taken a Turkey, I came close to a deer and pig..The natives were expert hunters with these things Ive read.

@southtexasatlatl I am a member of the Indiana Atlatl Association. Well I was last year I haven't yet renewed for this one, yet. I had my atlatl and darts in a storage unit between homes and everything was stolen from it. SO I current don't have one. Luckily for me I had my longbows and arrows in my truck. I live in an apartment now and have no workshop or since the break in no tool to make more. I don't yet flint knap but I have taken the first steps. i.e. bopped some flint to see if good.
