Got one today that was so convincing, it said I ranked as a Powerseller on eBay. The logos,from header address, and everything looked real. I noticed however that the URL when I clicked the link had an IP address, not a domain. I reported it to spoof at eBay. Firefox has built in fraud page detection and mine went off as soon as I clicked that bad link!

Its just like myspace. Myspace has this problem with fake pages.
