The 4th amendment does not apply to Joe the plumber for two reasons:First, all of the information came from public records (stuff off a credit report) and even if it wasn't, the 4th Amendment only applies when the government does it. The 6th Amendment was also applied wrong. The 6th Amendment only applies when a person is at the actual trial. The 10th Amendment doesn't protect anti-gay marriage laws from the 14th Amendment.
what obama wants its a second bill of rights what FDR wanted the right to a house a right to health care etc retribution of wealth that is what he wants and he make another bill of rights to do it.

the government DID do it , it was government employees that released his info with out consent , or going thru proper channels.
the 10th , give the choice to the states . it doesn't "protect it" but it gives the decision to the states .
