Hi vicissitudes! There is a quite strong theory (and tradition) of the brotherhood of Hungarian an Uyghur people. So this folk song truly "sounds familiar" and looks like truly folk-song, unlike other music videos made for TV, but could you give me the text and meaning so i seek presumably common rooted words in both languages? One of the best hungarian folclorists, Hoppál Mihály went in research and he thinks that Uyghur people may have the concrete usage of words that we use as names. (ex.Tas)

mongolians speak a quite close language to Turks, it took 2 months for a Mongolian friend of mine to learn Turkish, and now he is teaching in Turkish. It is the problem of Chinese if they have an isolated language which is impossible to learn. Cengiz Han united 50 Nogay and Tartar tribes first time in History, some were Turkic tribes. He had one Chinese General too among many others in his extended empire, but he had mainly Tartar soldiers.

OH, it's funny when I was in Urumqi, the Uygurs thought I was Uygur and talked to me in their language. But I couldn't understand because I'm Chinese - maybe because I don't look Chinese.

Many chinese ppl have turkic blood in them. Turkic peoples have ruled Chinese lands for hundreds if years. Think about Cengiz Khan, the Qing dynasty was lead by a turkic man ( i've forgotten his name) and this was pre-Islamisation of turks.

Hi, what is sharp features? It's a very broad term. But I and every one here should remember that every culture has ugly people and beautiful people. Also, what's funny is Chinese mistaken me for a mix race. I hope in the future, han and uygurs can find peace within each other.
