Thanks so much for the post. My mum played me the album when I was about 8 (I'm 28 now) and I used to love looking at the comic and singing along (still do now!) It's really great to see the comic bought to life! Also my mum said she saw a stage production and the three fat sisters were hilarious! my personal favourite is the rock man - DIG?

As someone else said, this theme & tune has been with me ever since I first heard it in the early '70's... Wonder if John Peel ever played it???
