@MarcCools we already do ... and when income increases it doesn't reach the poor.. instead the poor are exploited to keep the labor cheap while demand increases.

If you want to help these people, get the goods they make/sell. The demand will rise prices (see: China) and so does there overall income. Free trade gives them the edge to get out of poverty.

Poor people who don't have enough money/resources to feed themselves, let alone any kids - DON'T GET ANY CHILDREN! That would solve much of the problem.

i agree with you. + People in MEDC's should be forced to watch a video like this each day. That would sober them up. Thats how change takes place, not simply by the efforts of organizations but the empathy of all people.
