  • Does somebody knows who the line up at this versión?? are they John and Brian too?

  • 0:32 HE IS SO DAMN HOT! Makes me wanna sex with him! Haha

  • Люблю Роджера...люблю эту песню..

  • why no video of the performance?

  • Gran tema de Roger, no lo había escuchado con él como vocalista.

Para mí fue muy importante Roger en los últimos momentos de Queen, aportó muchos de los temas más significativos de los últimos discos.

  • his voice is similar to rod steward`s voice!!

  • eh eh eh!

  • mikimix96 who the hell are u to comment what roger can and cant do,if he thought he was being direspectful then he would not have done this, roger and all the other band members have earned the right to do what they want

  • @boy222ful

This song is made by Taylor, written and composed..and he originally sang the demo... PLUS , freddy could not sing it anymore , since he was dead...so I'm glad that he did does it.

However, I must say this is a tricky track to do live I think, cause the original uses alot of effects and producing to get that "highway feeling", which is qiute hard to imitate live, and achieve that kind of feel. It's pretty well done, although the speed/beat sounds quite weak compared to the record

  • You right...

  • @mikimix96 Why not? He enjoys it, and why would he stop making music after Freddie's death? And it's not like that he's disrespectful; Freddie and Roger were best friends.

  • Does the same apply to the Brian May Band? Just enjoy the music.

    Merry Christmas

  • um... he had another band while freddie was alive too. lmao, freddies dead now the other three can't do a thing, just sit a rot.

  • @emrabt shows what you know....musicians never die, especially ones as good as these!

  • i was joking, my comment is a reply to

mikimix96, shows how much of an idiot he was. He said roger shouldn't have formed a new band after Freddie died. So i said he was in another band while freddie was alive.

  • I always thought that this song would fit Roger's voice more than Freddie's. Both versions are great.

  • This is obviously written by Roger Taylor. All the elements of his harmony are present, with series of modulations inside the verse and inside the chorus, not as a way to develop musical themes, but quick modulations as inner elements of the themes.

  • @Mercurybeam

Yeah...very easily to reconise who has composed most queen music, just by listening to it the first time even..Very clearly a Roger indeed. Also the 'speed'/beat are very Roger Taylor, as are consistancy of the song (especially mercury had much more 'changes' in most his songs") while Rogers pretty much stayed on the same line the whole song. Brian may's song usually sound a bit sad/tragic , have a lower BPM and sound more 'minor'.

  • great version

  • I bet he is a humourous guy. Just look at how he often dresses!

  • 2.35 He looks like a tiger in his "Barney Rubble" ensemble! And I really think "she" looks naughtily cute in the I Want To Break Free suit.

    Roger, you are King Kool.

  • He has a great voice for this song! It's a bit like I'm In Love With My Car Part II

  • " It's a bit like I'm In Love With My Car Part II"

    I completely agree dude

  • The Innuendo album was also a return to the theatral bombastic Queen. I love it.

The weather is going to be wonderful today for the last time for days, so I'm going to "ride the wild wind" on my Peugeot bike this afternoon. I got her recently, she's second-hand but well-maintained. And freshly adjusted.

  • lol...gd drive!

  • Wow, I hadn't found this video until tonight. I thought I read a long time ago that Roger wrote this song, so it's so cool to hear him singing it!

  • I mean him singing the lead parts.

  • Well it fits him like a glove. He makes it sound rough, which I like.

Plus, having a strong "I'm In Love With My Car" feel, him not singing this would be a dirty shame

  • Great.

  • cool!!!!!!!!

  • roger is the best yeah!!!!!!

  • good version of roger, even if Freddie and Freddie! not discuss ....

  • personally i love roger's voice for this song more than freddie's. I am at NO WAY minimizing Freddie, however, as one of Roger's compositions, I think Roger puts a great feeling on it.

  • since when one gets a negative point for giving an opinion? this is dictatorship

  • the fact someone clicked negative is their OPINION on what you have said, you want to say whatever you feel without retort.....thats dictatorship.

  • Well as Freddie sung in Play The Game "It's a free world" This is a roger song, having a strong "I'm In Love With My Car" feel. And I think his raspy voice fits this song. If this song is a cantucci, an italian hard almond cookie, his voice is the cup of hot strong espresso to accompany it.

  • great version

  • i never seen this drum set!!! ( 1:41) !!!

  • That picture is taken from the booklet of A Night At The Opera, so I assume he used such a drumset in the mid 70's, till he got the drumset with his face on it.

  • Roger-----What a guy!!!!!!!!

  • A pretty good version of this song, I like a lot!!

  • GO ROGER!!!!!!

  • This great Song, Queen you in our heart.

  • Thanks for posting...I was there and I never had a recording of this. It was recorded at Shepherds Bush, no?

  • thanks

  • Ah, I'd forgotten how much I love this song!

  • i haven't heard this song until now, so thanks!

  • original is by Queen in 1991 Innuendo album - track 6 ;)

  • Thanks for sharing that!

  • @poizzz11 It was on Innuendo, but in fact, original is by Taylor, how I just found out...
