This is a hoax. The laser itself fires 5 projectiles (Fire at a wall while spinning, you'll see 5 decals, one for each shot), and the third-person shot was obviously lag.

Okay, maybe I'm being too technical. I mod Halo 1 for the PC (as you can see in my channel), and the technical term for anything coming from a weapon is a "projectile." This includes plasma, sniper shots, spikes, anything. Therefore, the lasers are "projectiles," but not in the literal sense.

Either way, the laser always fires five "shots" out. It's not a double-shot, it's not a glitch, it's the way it works. Each fire is a five shot burst.

You're right about the five shots out, and the projectiles, I also mod Halo 1 PC. But If you noticed, he gave 2 separate shots, one after the other. If it was just one of the 5 shots, it would have made the laser go over while firing the shots. So it would be a long path of destruction. In a way, this was a tornado that came down, came up, and touched down yet again. I'm not trying to sound like I'm nagging you, because I'm not.

it's lag, it happens when your lagging and you hit a moving target because the delay makes it look like you didn't hit him so it does another one, the last part was because he moves the target a bit when he fired, try it on any map: shoot while spinning fast and look at the wall or whatever you shot at.

It's just lag. The Spartan Laser automaticly fires 3 shots, there was just lag between the first and the second 2. They are usualy all at the same time, but lag will seperate them. And you need to learn how to edit. lulz

In your case, it probably is lag, but not in this one. If it was lag, the video would be laggy. And, if it was lag, then he would have to have been filming this while doing it, and it couldn't have been recorded in his fileshare. I've been in a really laggy game once, and i was punching a guy that was walking into the wall. I watched the replay, and it doesn't show me doing that. So this one isn't lag, it's an actual double shot with the laser. Which is pretty cool but useless. Lol
