my 2.0 talon will not disengage right. when i come to a stop ill have to put it into 2nd before 1st otherwise it will grind,i know shit about motors and less about transmissions but im learning, i know i need a clutch but do i need anything elts?

not bad at all. learn to stage a bit better and times drop quickly. the tranny grind could either be worn synchros or a clutch that wont disengage to allow quick gear changes. but its all good.

Ya I'm still kinda shitty at racing... Second gear had to be hella granny shifted or else it'll grind :(
