  • Vey useful for idiots...

  • woooooowwwwww this is good stuff

  • ummm.. actually they do.. It's called the hexagon rule.. They teach it here in Asia.. U americans just aren't good at math. sorry :(

  • didn't understand /\/!gga

  • Great tool! I needed this for my Calc II test! Thanks again!

  • GOD! This is awesome!

  • Very useful for secondary students

  • sohcahtoa.

  • wat does the "cot" stand 4? don't blame me stupid...i'm only in 6th grade

  • @poppetjin cotan

  • @poppetjin Cotangent = cos/sin = 1/tan

  • @poppetjin

hey, you! little 6 grade punk! you think you're grown up enough for trig?! haha!

    TRIG WILL EAT YOU!

  • @Zarathustra799 8 MONTHS have passed and i am not inside trig's stomach! ha! lol jkjk

  • some old hippy caught another hippy trippin on acid.

  • i find SOHCAHTOA too long

My 8th grade geo teacher taught me this: Oscar Had A Heave Of Apples.

Sin: Oscar Had (OH) Cos: A Heave (AH) Tan: Of Apples (OA)

  • @rejectdude Thats shorter? In what world.. One word compared to a phrase with missing parts... ok makes sence.

  • Incredibly easy to understand! Thank you so much, this makes me feel better about going into a final actually understanding a topic! Thank you very much!

  • That may be noob question but what is: sec & csc

  • @kildas Secant and Cosecant

  • @kildas Secant and Cosecant. Secant is just the recipricol of cosine, and cosecant is the recipricol of sine. Make sense?

  • @MouthingWords kind off, we call it cosh and sinh that confused me

  • @kildas cosh and sinh are not sec and csc, cosh is hyperbolic cosine etc.

  • Thanks! My teacher a few years ago taught us this - but I didn't get it. Now I am in college and have an test tomorrow with this as one of the trillion things I need to use, this helped.

  • BLOODY HELL! love it!! :P

  • "why didn't they teach us this in school?" more like: why would you need the identities this thing creates? this only helps create a multitude of useless product and quotient identities that are easily derived from the basic definitions of the trig functions themselves (SOH CAH TOA is used to remember those definitions. this visual organizer does nothing to aid in that translation of sides of a right triangle into the trig ratios themselves)

  • @mitreyem this is far from that noob trig..

  • very helpful, it is difficult to memorize all those identities this makes it a bit easier to prove them nice

  • This is awesome!!

  • But if you forget the original placement, you can't do anything.

  • @ams20518 ok then go memorizie everything but 4 the rest of us that can easily remember Sin/C Sec/Csc Tan/Cot inthe middle.Well its a genius lifesaver thanx sumuch 4da upload

  • Thanks for this video, I was really struggling remembering :D

  • this is awesome, this is what teacher should teach us!

  • This helps a lot, thank you!!

  • BRILLIANT!

  • why the fuk wasnt this taught at school...

  • I'd rather use Some Old Hags Can't Afford Husbands 'Til Old Age.

    SOHCAHTOA

  • OMG, this is so helpfull! this makes a lot more sense then SOHCAHTOA. I'm so showing this to my trig teacher

  • lolz this is a pretty easy way to memorize the trigonometric functions
