Yes, but it also increases density of muscle...well i don't know if it applies. i've done break dancing before, but i was also a male gymnast before so there's a number of moves gymnastics and break dancing 'share' in a way. There are a few reasons why we never did steroids, but one of them was because we were told our muscles would become too dense and it would adversely affect our routines.

There was actually something about it in SI about 10 yrs ago too w/the west germans..but who knows
