A NON-VIOLENT SOLUTION..
Article 4 of the Chinese constitution guarantees China's 55 ethnic minorities the same freedom of thought, expression, assembly and religion as the majority Han Chinese enjoy.
China need merely implement its own laws on cultural autonomy in regards to Tibet.
Doing so would preserve Tibetan culture - and address the overwhelming international criticism that is mounting day by day.

Clive, we have always said Tibetan population is 6 millions before the Chinese invasion and that includes areas that you guys have conveniently parceled off into neighboring counties like Gansu and such. After 50 years, our population is still less than 6 millions while yours have reached 1.2 billion. Think on that a minute.

Did you know that Tibet and China enjoyed great relationship in the past and has only been recently marred by the communist party by their aggression and genocidal policies inside Tibet? It is easy to say things when you are not wearing the same shoe. Think about how Chinese felt during the Japanese occupation and then try to understand how we feel.
