  • Anyone knows what he says in english?

  • if zero will be in the next smash bros his final amsh should be omega zero

  • I'm the messiah! Hahahahahaha!

    The most badass line ever!

  • anyone know where i can get this amazing theme?

  • Omega: "I AM TEH MESSIAH!" *trollface*

  • @magicalkitten1 Watch the "ZERO VS. OMEGA ZERO DESICIVE BATTLE" video and at the end:

Zero: "I'm the real zero!"*anti-trollface epic finishing slash*

Warning: Extreme epicness could cause you to stop existing :D

  • @ZeroXadvenTz

Seen it already ^^ I already died from it's epicness but then I pulled off a 'Zero-revival-from-death' move so I could watch the video again and again ^^

  • @magicalkitten1 ....Just curious, how many lives, or, continues do you have left?

  • Why didn't capcom use that zero sprite? it would've made the fight even more epic.

  • @Destroyahweapon

Because the only reason Zero looks different in MMZ is because of art style. Officially, Zero's appearance didn't change from MMX to MMZ. So it wouldn't make sense for the 2 Zero's to look so different. Hence, Capcom didn't use his X sprite.

What I they SHOULD'VE done at least is color Omega so it matches his X colors rather. Then they'd have the best of both worlds (X series colors while still being identical to copy Zero).

  • @metaXzero I would've really liked it if they'd used X-style sprites for Omega, actually. Would've gone with the, "he is in the ORIGINAL Zero's body" thing. Help contrast it instead of being a recolor.

  • @BlackZero98

I wouldn't have minded that (and if they actually did it, I wouldn't complain), but I can see why Capcom didn't do it. "Why does the copy body look so different" and all that.

The MMX and MMZ sprite contrast would've been lovely, but I guess Capcom didn't want that. They still could've AT LEAST given Omega X style Zero's colors though rather than slightly darken him.

  • @metaXzero I actually remember seeing some concept art for Omega showing him in MMX style; shoulder-blocks, booblights and everything. Seems to have been scrapped though.

  • @BlackZero98

Same fate as Zero's original appearance in MMZ. He was originally going to look closer to his X version, but then they decided they really wanted the MMZ series to be distinguishable from the MMX series. Hence, the art style overhaul to Zero, X, and general reploids

  • @Destroyahweapon Because Willy "Rebuild Omega's (Original Zero's) body to drain out more power :3

  • the thing omega says before you fight him...CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT IT MEANS!!!

  • @TheSeganinja I think it's I'm the messiah hahaha

  • @TheSeganinja "I am the Messiah.

  • Cool

  • @SonicTheHEVHog they would be overkill -.-'

  • this by far my favorite song in the zero series. thumbs up if you agree

  • que porqueria es esta la misma imagen varias veses :[`~`

  • any idea where i could get these costum sprites

  • Omega: i'm the messiah

badly hurt player: yes... yes you are

  • GreenSigmaTH, your credits are inaccurate. The sprite on the left is mine. Black Belt Dude expanded on my sheet for use in the fangame 22XX Grand Tournament (the sprite on the right is his).

The whole X1 armor thing was pretty much disproven by MMZ Official Complete Works, but it was still a fun idea to play with.

  • omega merged with the programming of zeros original body

  • Thumbs up if you're sick of "thumbs up if" comments, or if you realized this comment is hypocritical.

  • This music was in the zero s omega zero decisive battle.

Thumbs up (if you have seen it) if you thought the decisive battle was kick ass!!!

  • @Titanic3734

Dude, I came here BECAUSE of that video! >:D

  • @magicalkitten1 ikr the cannon ball mythos song is totally kick ass!!!!

  • @Titanic3734

I just love the guitar solo at 1:19. It gave me goosebumps the first time I listened to it on the Decisive Battle video

  • @Titanic3734 It was perfect.

  • @Titanic3734 It was I just gives you the feeling of kinship and viewpoint of zero. Like when he was tearing down all those images of his past. When he asked ciel what if he's not the real zero and she viewed him as zero in her eyes, it felt so right kinda making you believe that it's who is that counts not what he looks like.

  • @Titanic3734 Couldn't disagree

  • @SonicTheHEVHog Even if people demanded enough, X and Zero wouldn´t make it to a new SSB game. Why? Just look at the character sheet!! Their ALL Nintendo characters. Snake and Sonic could make it to the game just because their respective companies sold to Nintendo some of the rights of those characters. Thought I know everyone would like Capcom to sell Megaman´s rights to Nintendo of course.

  • @mega20able

Sold rights? Sonic and Snake STILL belong to their respective companies.

Sonic got in due to fan demand. Snake got in because Sakurai (director of Smash and creator of the Kirby series) is friends with Kojima (creator of MGS and Snake) and Sakurai had already promised to put Snake in Brawl (since he couldn't in Melee due to time constraints).

Where are you getting this character sold BS?

  • @metaXzero A friend told me. Im going to kill him...

  • I'd really like to have the X series finished, and have another series to bridge the X series and Zero series like Megaman: XZ (opposite to ZX which is after MMZero)

  • most epic thing ever...

  • @SonicTheHEVHog No. It should have been the Classic Mega Man, and ONLY the classic Mega Man.

  • @SonicTheHEVHog lolno

  • @SonicTheHEVHog Only Zero from MMZ series.

  • @CSLK6 The Zero from the MMZ series and the Zero from the MMX series are one and the same, just different art style, which is why he looks so different.

  • Ware wa Messiah Nari HAHAHAHA!!!!!

    0:00

  • @MarioBrosX2012 That's.. not actually what he says. The english translation, however, is 'I am the Messiah'.

  • @ShadowdaHedgie11 that or possibly "I am the God of Destruction!!"

  • @ChaosZero102 No, the english translation IS 'I am the Messiah.'

He's probably referring to being the God of Destruction though. Saving the humans from their own stupidity by enslaving or killing them all... sounds like an evil villian.

  • @ShadowdaHedgie11 Well he IS Zero's original body, and technically Zero's original programing since Zero was originally programed as a somewhat homicidal psychopath to kill Megaman or Megaman X. So I guess it makes sense.

  • @ChaosZero102 No, it's just Zero's body. Zero's programming gets moved from his old body to his new one somehow. That's basically what they mean when they say Zero's 'heart' is in his new body, which makes him the true Zero.

  • @ShadowdaHedgie11 yeah of course that doesn't mean Zero's ORIGINAL programming from when he was first built wasn't in Omega, considering how Omega is to quote Weil "a bloodthirsty God of Destruction" Zero's original programming was like that of a homicidal psychopath. so the original form of Zero when he was first awoken was psychotic, as evidenced in his brutal beating of Sigma in the X4 flashback. that's what I mean when I said that Omega may have Zero's original programming.

  • @ShadowdaHedgie11

Ryota Ito (Series Director for the MMZ series) says that the original story board idea for Omega was that Zero's original body still contained the Maverick programming created by Wily and that said side of Zero's personality took control of the original body once Zero's mind was removed from it.

Though he also says you can make your own conclusions since the issue isn't discussed in game.

  • Thumbs up but it's a game for nintendo so they would have them guest star :)

  • @TheZGamer1 Technically it is still the same body, it's just a different art style

so if you really want to, you could just imagine the entire Zero series is taking place with the original design if you wanted to

  • @ShadowSora94

But I've wondered... why did Capcom change the armour design? Okay, so the whole "green boobie lights" thing would mean nobody will take Zero seriously, especially in a dark series, but what else? XD

  • @magicalkitten1 To be honest I don't know- personally I think it was just a new art style they wanted to go with, and Zero's new appearance would fit better with it.Personally, I liked it since he looked, just my opinion, more human in his less bulky armor- as did the Four Guardians.

But, other then that, I think it's safe to assume it looks better with that art style- he would have looked more out of place compared to MMZstyle Reploids *shrugs*

  • @magicalkitten1 (cont) giving them some credit, just looking at MMZ and MMX Zero side by side it's hard to say MMZ Zero doesn't look more human like- from his torso to the big, old-style feet.

Considering human and Reploid equality is a huge deal in the Zero series (and to a small extent in ZX), a change in his art appearence would help signify that somewhat...

    *shrugs*

Of course, again- new art style might have just called for an art retcon.

  • @ShadowSora94

    Thanks~!

    I prefer the MMZ-style :)

  • @TheZGamer1

It's been said multpile times, but the reason Omega doesn't look like X series Zero is because of the only reason Zero and reploids in general look so different is art style. Officially, Zero looks the same as always. So it wouldn't make sense for a copy of Zero to look drastically different from the original like how X Zero and MMZ Zero do.

Though IMO, I'd prefer if Omega just had X Zero's color scheme. That'd be enough for me.

  • omg u even included the words he say at the begginning of the battle dude that's just so.. epic...... thanks for posting this song it sure brings back nostalgia ZX is great and everything but the zero series can't be lived up to it's just a masterpiece in every way same thing with megaman starforce it can't live up to megaman battle network it seems like the GBA has a golden variety of games such as this 1 anyways t hanks for posting this much appreciated and sorry for the long comment XD

  • I AM THE MESSIAH! HAHAHAHA

  • It's stated that Canonicly, the body is identical to the original design of Zero. Unfortunately Capcom decided to go with new artists, who wanted Zero to have a more 'human' look to him.... The idiots... He is a BAMF robot, not a BAMF human...

  • @ProjectZXero I think it would have been awesome if Omega Zero had the body of the MMX Zero. It would have made sense since he was the original and 'new' Zero had such a radically different looking body.

  • @MikuMech

It actually wouldn't make sense because the new Zero is a copy of the old one. They are suppossed to be identical at least appearance wise. For old time fans, it'd make sense and be quite the nostalgia shock to be fighting MMX Zero, but series wise. MMX Zero would just stick out horribly and beg the question of why the "copy" is so different.

  • @metaXzero Actually, both Zero's are identical to the MMX Zero. It's just a different art style, apparantly. Kinda like how if a manga changed artists. It's still the same characters, and the universe still looks exactly the same if you're actually IN said 'universe', so while the art style has changed, Zero's 'real' apperance, as it were, hasn't. I probably didn't really explain that well...

  • @ShadowdaHedgie11

I know that. That's why I was explaining to MikuMech the problem with having Omega look like X series Zero instead of being exactly like your Zero.

  • @metaXzero It would have been a nice touch though, wouldn't it? Or, like a certain animation, Omega to turn into the MMX Zero in patches of sunlight.

  • would be cool if MMZ collection got a rerelease with the X series sprites as a bonus for beating the games and with ability to make it X1 & X5 style and black and nightmare colors and also if they could shed more light on who or what "mind" was using zeros real body i like to think it was sigmas final remnant few hints suggest it Sigma-Omega both greek the comp in MMZ3 says they dont know how X ends the maverick wars

  • @fallenangel2100

Personally I'm guessing that Zero obliterated Sigma in a virus-on-virus smackdown. After all the mother elf was created from his systems.

  • @BrotherGodhand the mother elf was created from no ones system she was made to repair damaged programs by dr weil after he was cyberized he reprogrammed her to dark elf and i think X and zero battled sigma and like b4 he hangs on by a thread only now he was so damaged he couldnt replicate as a virus and decided to use a body that could hold his soul whats better than the original mavericks body thus take real zero body while he slept and zero gets a copy body

  • @fallenangel2100

No, the Mother Elf *was* created from Zero's systems, Dr Weil did not create her but rather reprogrammed her into the Dark Elf.

The Mother Elf was not created to repair damaged programs, but to cure the Maverick Virus.

At least check your facts before attempting to correct someone.

  • @BrotherGodhand wheres it say she was made from zeros systems? Z2 doesnt say anything nor Z3 and dont need to be a douche bout checking facts you coulda just said i musta missheard

  • @fallenangel2100

    Actually, Z3 clears it up.

And I'm not being a douche, just imparting a life lesson, people generally respect you more if you make less mistakes.

  • Where i can find these sprites?

  • It is cuz Capcom tried with a more Anime like look to it. That's the Zero series got a diffrent design than the x series design.

  • @crandor6 Actually i think it was stated that the design wasn't purposely made different, they actually were forced to change how zero looked because of the Gameboy's Screen size, and the artists for the Megaman X Games weren't present to do anything for the Zero games. Its probably bull, but it does actually seem possible. Up until people started hacking the game sprites and modifying them to look like this :P

  • OMG... I REALLY wish they would've kept the original character designs from the X series AT LEAST until ZX. I'll be real honest - I do NOT like the designs in the Zero series, and to me Zero has a less mechanical look (yes that matters, the mechanical look they had was rather cool to me.) I dunno, I'm just not feeling his look in the Zero series. As much as I liked MMZ, the new look I could do without. If I could, I'd change it myself...

  • Very incredible Sigma.

  • GreenSigmaTH where did you find the sprite sheet?

    thumbs up if you answer

  • The reason they didnt use the zero model is because in the story line he got a new body and the old one was trashed maybe because of the mavrick virus in him or something but thats his old new body if thats makes sense

  • Naw. the reason why they didn't use it was because they were pressed for time and it was too much of a hassle. Omega Zero is the original Zero body. This is proven in the complete works of the Zero series.

  • @sounghungi No, it is Zero's original body. The only reason it doesn't look the same as the Zero in X, is because this is Inti-Creates' unique Zero design. It's like how many different artists have their own renditions of the characters from the Bible, but the story itself is still the same. Same case here.

  • @CatSkinCap that, and its more easy put a diferent color palette to one sprite that making a new sprite with lot of new animations and probably asking for rights to the makers of the "X" Series

  • @armando92 That's not the problem here. Inti-Creates was given a lot of freedom from Capcom, and Inafune was more than willing to accept Zero's initial designs (which was VERY similar to the X series design), but it was changed over the course of time because Nakayama thought the public should be able to visually tell the series apart right away.

  • @CatSkinCap

Bah, to hell with what he thought. I'd have liked the Zero series a bit better had they stuck to the X series' design, or at least something, as you said, very similar. I mean, looks aren't everything, I did enjoy the Megaman Zero series, but when I first looked at it, I couldn't shake the thoughts of "What the hell is this? That's not Zero!" He just doesn't look right to me. =/ If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

  • Ware wa Meshia nari! HAHAHAHA!

  • I am the dark Messiah. AHAHAHAHA.

  • @TranceCore3 Nope.

The Japanese line is "Ware wa Messiah nari! Hahahaha!"

And the translated line is "I am the Messiah! Hahahaha!"

    Derp.

  • Pretty sure Omega is the Dark Messiah.

  • download link please????? *-*

  • Nice Remix!!!! who is the link ¿? is in private messages???

  • and maybe capcom can put a chip similar to the c4 for mmx2 and mmx3

  • Good but themegashyguy megaman x (1)is for the SNES,witch is 16-bit

  • freaking sweet!!!!!!!!!!

  • give me that sprites now!!!!!!!!

  • can you give me link to this remix on private messages?

  • i understand using the zero from the X series would be copyright, but i always imagined Omega zero being that body lol...

  • Mega Man X and Mega Man Zero where made by thhe same company, Capcom. They could have used that body if they wanted to but they didn't because the 32-Bit Sprite would be too much for the Game Boy Advance, being only a 16-Bit Gaming Device.

  • @themegashyguy Could have used the original zero sprite from the first game

  • True.

  • its funny how i hear an awesome remix of cannonball here, and i look down to the comments and its all about copyright and sh**

  • Hey bud, how's the exams coming along?

  • 0:00 lol

  • Okay, here's what I think, Zero's look from MegaMan Zero is the body he's in, while Omega Zero is supposed to look like Zero's body from the X series, but they just put the appearance from the Zero series so they didn't have to sprite the X series appearance of Zero.

  • @Gizoid007 no, just different art design. x looks different too.

  • @ all the folks arguing about design copyrights: Inticreates is a subsidiary of capcom you dumbfucks, so it couldnt be copyright infringement, i mean, who sues themselves?

  • Great remix. :P Love Omega Zero. :P

  • @G0d0fHope me to guy

  • it actually would have made more sense if omega looked like X series Zero. Him being in zero's original body and all. mmz zero vs mmx zero (omega). would have been epic.

  • @roboiago Even if they wanted to, they couldnt. Zero from the zero series and omega belong to inti creates, one of the companies that made this game, but zero from the X series belongs to capcom. that includes his body. using it in the zero series would be copyright.

  • @SparksterG40 no they could, Capcom gave them the rites to it but their wasint enough space to make him look like he did in the X series and Keiji inafune wanted to piss off Capcom by changeing his appearence after they asked to make him look as close as possible as they could to his X series body since Capcom kinda ruind the story for him.

  • @super97049 interesting. too many pixels for the GBA to handle?

  • @SparksterG40 yea if they would have used his original appearce Zero would have been way too big compared to everything else in the game.

  • @super97049 You can resize it in terms of size, and in terms of pixels? You can easily just reduce it. But even than, they could have just redrawn him.

  • @Doommarine23 all the details of his armor and stuff was too much for the small cartridge to handle

  • @super97049 You can redraw him to be less resource intensive.

Like, the Xtreme games. They made new sprites but in the style of X and Zero.

  • @Doommarine23 yea probably but the whole thing on the pixels and stuff was what they said.

  • @super97049 Where the hell are you getting your information from? Last time I check the artstyle to Zero was chosen not to piss off Capcom, it was to give the Zero series a distinct from the X series. As for Omega, I SERIOUSLY doubt they couldn't put the original Zero in the game. My guess is that if they had used the original Zero for Omega he would have clashed with the new artstyle, thin and streamline VS big and bulky. Visually it probably wouldn't work.

  • @TheCrescentKnight

It's called copyright. Zero's original body was copyrighted by Capcom.

Megaman Zero was made by Inti-creates.

  • @IlikeWafflesrs *GRABS COPY OF MEGAMAN ZERO COLLECTION*

    Copyright: CAPCOM Co. LTD. 2010

Besides, your argument dies immediately when you realize that Megaman 9 and 10 we ALSO made by Inti-creates. If Inti-creates couldn't use Zero's original look for the MMZ series, why could they use Megaman's look when making MM9 and 10? Yes, Capcom owns the Megaman Copyright, which is why THEY PUBLISHED MEGAMAN ZERO! How is this a problem?

  • @IlikeWafflesrs

It's all just aesthetics. Technically, it's the same Zero as in the X series, they just redesigned him for the ZERO games to warrant a more "human" look. Copyright has nothing to do with it. It's just the art style, nothing else.

  • Go to the Mega Man Network. This is a hidden track on the Megaman Zero Remastered Tracks Album: Mythos.

  • what if there was like an Omega X, what would THAT be like?

  • @WingedZero1 *coughCopyXcough*

  • @SuperSketch008 I don't think Copy X is the same thing as Omega X. You gotta remember, they're completely different personalities. Although the ideals from MK I are more suited, they're not the same as Omega himself.

  • @TheGreatDarksol Omega can be seen as Zero's "polar opposite". Omega is a painful reminder of how dangerous Zero could have been. The same applies for Copy X, he is the very thing that Dr. Light feared X could become. A cold-hearted, power-hungry egoist. So I think Omega and Copy X are pretty similar, minus the badass comparisons.

  • @SuperSketch008

I suppose you're right, since Weil keeps referring to him as the Original Zero (and perhaps not because of his body), but whereas Copy X said something along the lines of "This is something the Original X could never create, only "I" could do this!" is where I feel Copy X and Omega would differ. You still have to remember that Copy X came from a completely different creator, thus their ideals and concepts are somewhat different. Copy X was his own being; Omega was Weil's puppet.

  • @TheGreatDarksol Omega may be Weil's servant, but he sees himself as a "messiah" of sorts, similar to how Copy X sees himself as a "Saviour" to the world and claiming that he has corrected the mistakes of the original X. They may have different ideals, but they still see themselves superior towards their original. That's what I'm comparing them to.
