@FillipsC It's more to do with your processor than your graphics card. This game is poorly optimized and ended up being very CPU-intensive. If you want frame rates above 30 at high settings, then you're going to need to get a good quad core processor.

I still do not get this, BUT... JIC there are others like me: I let the first-responder cops duke it out with the porch-dwelling bad-guys until one or other is killed. Since one of the cops was a major bad-ass (other=toast), I had hopes he'd wipe out the four inside, too, but, as soon as he went through the door, he was blasted to pieces. It was FACINATING to watch. No more cops came. I cleaned up. :)

BTW, this is a CLEAR indication R* got better with the A.I. on NPCs.

(It's still not perfect, since police still react on causality they could not possibly know without hints from the "universe", such as blow up a car when no cops, cops arrive and react to your ongoing chain reaction. Maybe you can excuse it as being dobbed in, but... eh)

D. I have the PS3 version and I was able to kill them all before the cops even showed up. Try lobbing a grenade at the guy(s) on the porch.

Simple solution, pull up in the Patrol Car and either use the police computer and call in police backup or just dial 911 and have the cops show up and they kill them for you. You can literally just chill in the cop car or in front of the house and watch.

haha, it's not that easy dude. I got a lot of practice. mastering the driving physics takes a while unless you're just naturally damn good! I've played the fck outta this and I don't have the driving mastered at all!

but to be honest, aiming with the mouse makes the shoot-out parts a joke. Way too easy. It's much harder on xbox 360.
