watering down is an art form in itself, some colors like fortress cant take alot of water without losing opacity. I always add water stright into my paint can when i buy it
hey warmaster matt, may i ask how did you become such a great painter, i don't know you've answered it or been asked to it. We know that Jawaballs is an art teacher... my dear friend where did such amazing talent come from??
are you doing it on a primed modell, because it is hard to tell on my monitor

so.. there really isn't an easy way to paint yellow on black. I've been just using watered down yellow and doing like a million coats .

Depends on the consistency of the paint,
I like it thicker when dry brushing or doing eyes. I almost always water down my paints!
