ran this in 40 and the 10k in 1:15. First time ever, Lots of fun. thanks for filming.

hehe, I ran in this race and the 10 K race. Didn't do too well in this one unfortunately. Only 22:28. I think I did better in the 10 K run. Ran 43:13.
The 10 K race was pure torture. First mile was nice and flat. Second mile got pretty steep but the third mile was pure Hell. Last mile was mercifully flat thank God.
