Always get a history on the house or the property you buy. Alot of people dont believe in ghosts or spirits until they see one or experience one. Not knowing that house had a murder happen in it, then finding out not 1 but 8 people in one night were murdered. 6 of them being children, thats heartbreaking. I dont blame the people that lived in that house moved, I would move too.
