This is by far the most genuine video about being successful on YouTube. Of course this vid and the last one were a little long, but it was necessary to get the point across. Nice job! I've posted some videos of me playing guitar, but it's more of just a hobby for me (playing guitar that is) and not to be taken too seriously.

Yes, YouTube is pretty limited in that respect. The way to fix that is to pick a still shot from your video that you want as a thumbnail, then include it in your video when you edit it. The still shot must appear exactly half way through your video for about 2 or 3 seconds.
