Effectrix is nice for making stuttery, bouncy loops. It's less effective for manipulating on the fly, although I sometimes do that while recording the results, after which I choose the best bits.

This was a r eally shit demo of effectrix - I use it and you can get some superb results!

Hmm... not impressed. I can do all those things manually and have finer control with any effect or combination of effects I choose. This seems like a lazy way to get your edits.

You're right - this is sort of the lazy way out. If I use any of these glitch effect processors, I end up editing the shit out of the results. I'll record like 32 bars of results and pair it down to like 8 (if that). It saves very little time over just *doing* it.

I almost prefer the freeware effects vst... glitch.. this has a bit more but glitch just sounds better
