im wanting to buy this pedal, i mainly play a strat. i hear this is better for strats than the zendrive. but im looking for a d style tone through a fender twin. any chance you can do a demo of this pedal with a strat and get some d style/robben ford tones. thanks again for all the great demos you do.
I noticed you put the Distortion before the Zendrive. Is there a rationale for putting a distortion pedal before an overdrive pedal versus the other way around?
I have the Zendrive and the Barber Direct Drive and am wondering in what order to place them for simultaneous use. Any advice on what I should be listening for?
@tehorix789 Running a distortion into an overdrive doesn't yield a bad sound. It doesn't really boost the gain but it helps make the signal jump out. Usually, the next pedal in the chain will characterize the sound so place whatever pedal you want to base the sound on second.

As usual a very informative demo! Seems clear that the distortion and the zendrive are from the same family.
