@x3tinax3 The A.C, Moor craft store by my house has crape paper and the mesh (this is called a horse hair mesh sheet that's the kind of weave it is.) its goes by lots of different brand names, both are with the flower arrangement stuff, I be Michals has that stuff too. I know you can buy crape paper sheets online from Martha Stewart crafts, but its stupid pricey.
can anyone tell me where i can purchase that mesh and crepe paper??

The paper is call "crepe paper", mostly made in Italy. The mesh is originated from Korea. I saw a web has similar wrapping.
