  • i agree actually the dumbbells are the one thing that needs augmenting. It's really a minor problem though. Shouldn't be too hard to rectify.

  • @rustyIronloins if you post a vid of you even deadlifting 150s I'll do you 1 better and bring our 200s in

  • @BELLSOFSTEEL Deadlifting? That would be easy. 200lbs would be easy for deads. I need them for incline and overhead pressing.

  • @ToXin87 you are allowed to do pretty much anything, we flip tires, race prowlers, anything goes.

  • @natedogstyles I'm actually training at home now, on an EMR (extreme masturbation routine) supplementing with some shake weight GPP

  • It's a sick facility. Tons of space, never fighting to use a platform or rack.

    Too bad Kaevon only trains 1-2 times per month because he is HIT now.
