  • Some stupid weak ho saying the ''toughest workout''. Yeah right, see male boxers and bodybuilders workout. Maybe the ''toughest workout'' for chicks or fat chicks. Men shouldnt pay attention to this crap.

  • @wrey12 WOW, thank you!!!!! What an intelligent and thought-provoking comment! You demonstrate an intense respect and consideration for all types & shapes of women, which is especially admirable in this insolent world we live in today. I'm sure that I'm the first person you've ever spoken to in this manner... but no son should have to witness some other man call his mom a ho - in my case, two sons. YOU are what give boxers a bad reputation.

BTW, this IS a man's workout that I am doing.

  • @TheBarefootWarrior the problem with this workout is it doesn't target a specific fitness goal. instead of aiming for hypertrophy/strength/cardiovascular fitness you try and blend all of them into some stupid cycle of flailing kettlebells and doing high volume low intensity rhythmic excersises which are about as functional as half a scissor. please stop uploading this useless shit to youtube.

  • @wrey12 Wow, what an asshole

  • I like watching your videos and give you props for how hard you work. I agree that ETK works wonders! Thanks again!

  • Great effort, keep pushing yourself

  • Awesome workout! I'll try it out my clients today!

  • How heavy is the kettle bell weight your using...?

  • @Desperate2LoseWeight 30#, which kills you on the high pulls! xD

  • I think I'll try this on my next variety day.

  • C'mon girl. I think Ill try this on my next variety day.

  • @marneedear Just do it on an empty stomach, this one gets me every time! :o)

  • @TheBarefootWarrior Loved this. I'm still sore. THANKS

  • 5 Rounds of That!?! That is, I'm sorry, but F'n amazing!

Can I ask what you are going for, results-wise?

I love the Kettlebell too. I want to do strengthen/some bulking-up.

Do you have a suggestion as to how I can use the kettlebell to achieve this goal? Is there a vid that you would recommend or a proportion of weight to reps to??? Thank you for being a kick-ass inspiration. You are a very attractive person and I'm not just referring to your looks.

  • @bdmenne Honestly, the BEST thing that I have ever done for my body, strength and definition wise, was to following the program Enter the Kettlebell. It is a book written by Pavel Tsatsouline (but there is also a DVD that explains the form, etc) that outlines and 3 month training program. I have videos doing ETK here, you can check it out so you can get an idea of what the program looks like. It got me into the shape OF MY LIFE! Better than b4 kids, when I was an athlete in high school. :)

  • Thanks for the shout Melissa! We're actually going by The Training Room now. Not CF affiliated anymore. Using our own brand and running our own Certification Course, teaching our group training system. Peace.

  • @mstehle1 I will correct it, sorry!

  • @TheBarefootWarrior no worries! I still appreciate the shout! BTW, I'm taking the break from the bells because my body is telling me too. My body talks, I listen haha!

  • @mstehle1 That actually makes sense because I always enjoyed your workouts more than the traditional crossfits.

  • @TheBarefootWarrior Thanks, you are very kind!

  • Tough workout. Might just give it a try.

  • @rolandsc It is VERY tough!!! I got it from youtuber mstehle1's site, New Jersey Crossfit (Avon by the Sea).

  • @TheBarefootWarrior CORRECTION! It's The Training Room.com, not NJCF. :)
