We used to use a mole, but he was very slow. We now use a squirrel - he's much faster, but you have to keep him away from your nuts....

Question, the "Blanc Manger"

Wouldn't that translate to "White Eat"?

Yes, that's correct! It's basically a sweet dessert made from milk or cream (giving the white colour) and thickened with gelatine or cornstarch. Our miniature one (at 0:44 in the video) is drizzled with a red fruit coulis.

So yes, "blanc" is the colour and "manger" cuz it can be eaten!
