Simply the best netminder in NLL history. Although my Buffalo Bandits won 3 of 4 title games between them and the Wings in the mid-90's, Eliuk made the Bandits EARN any goals they scored in those games

what a guy, without a doubt one of the greatest goalies the game will ever see

the series of saves early in the video against the baltimore thunder in game-1 of the 1988 nll final still stands as the greatest goaltending i have ever seen. what is not shown was the wings countered on a breakaway goal by matt oglesby. the wings poured off the bench not just congrats oges but they came out to dallas and thanked him. he broke the thunder, gary gait and all, that night.
