the one thing i have not noticed is that thaey dont tell you to grind fresh but looks good thoe the other vids are ok :)

1. You have to fill the filter with espresso, then you can tamp it (I don't know if is written like that, tamp).

2. You have to turn the filter in the knockbox to see if you have tamped it right.

3. The perfect espresso ends at 24 seconds, before 20 seconds is subextracted, after 30 seconds is overextracted.

I don't know about 24 seconds...according to Dr. Illy, the perfect double is 30sec.

Looks real good but for me tamping as hard as possible usually means a blocked basket.
